We rang up Mike who told us to come down and check in with Jill and Bill (camp hosts) who were as kind as ever.
They gave us the grand tour and we got to pick our site. The showers were solar and nice and hot & made out of the cab of a truck, how creative!!
The kitchen was covered with everything you need. They had a hangout area/bar with lights hanging.
Very homey feel, lots of animals/bugs.

We will defiantly recommend to everyone coming this way.

Deluxe campground with hot showers and flushing clean toilets. This campground has spacious sites, walking and cycling Riverway trails that wines through the forest, and the famous seven lakes. Loads of orchids and wildflowers along the walk trails. Lots of birdlife and croaking frogs. I love the gigantic fire pit that’s lit every night by the camp host.

The Northcliff Bush Camp is spacious and quiet with a choice of sunny or shady sites, and an excellent camp kitchen, communal fire pit and relaxation area. A series of walking tracks display a variety of colourful wildflowers and ground orchids, also good for birdwatching enthusiasts.

This is a fantastic bush camp, gas hot water showers, quirky toilets, fire pits and camp kitchen. Hosts Sharon and Lisa are the best! Quiet, walks, birds, rabbits! Oh, you can take your dog but must be on a leash. Cheap. $10/p. Some powered sites extra $10.

Very welcoming campground with a lot of space for all styles of camping.

Owner is amazing and contacted us when we left our Bluetooth speaker on the ground, allowing us to come back and get it.

Great experience at Sid’s Campground.
We were on the way to Northcliffe and realised it will be a late arrival, which made it more difficult to find a camping spot for the night. I gave Sid a call and he was super friendly and the check in was so easy and flexible. We could come whenever it suits us, till late night and just pay the pig. Very trustworthy!
The campsite was very quiet, in beautiful nature and nice people. Showers and toilets were very clean.
And all of that for only $7.50 a night, excellent value. Highly recommend!
Thank you Sid!

What a spot! Absolutely awesome. Everything I was looking for. Bush camping at its best! You feel like you're remote and out bush, but you have the luxuries of flushing toilets, solar showers, a fabulous camp kitchen and a communal gathering area, complete with indoor and outdoor fires.
Convenient location, only 5mins from town (Northcliffe). The new owner, Mike, is on the ball and happy to help where he can, he's friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
My favourite part about Sid's campground is the bush walks avail...escape into the thicket and have fun finding the masks hidden in the trees. Oh and the birds...abundance, bwediful morning songs and glorious blue birds in all their glory! Well worth the visit.
