Faber Vineyard

We went to the Grape to Glass event. A very informative and fun event. Beautiful platters of food made by Jane and lovely wines by John. Started off with the Pet Nat which was very refreshing and full of flavour. The 2022 Chardonnay was lovely and very smooth already. It paired very well with the platter. John is an awesome host and we have been to a few of his events. Recommend the barrel tasting in winter and the Muscat blending (get an Uber for this one). Food is always excellent and very well priced.

I bought a groupon voucher to have a date with hubby and it was totally worth it!!
From the moment we stepped inside then outside onto the back decking, we felt relaxed.
The scenery was so beautiful and peaceful. Our host was friendly and welcoming. It felt like he was a long time friend whom we hadn't seen in a while.
The wines were lovely and the platter absolutely delicious!!

Not your standard over the counter cellardoor. You sit down and have the wine come to you. We only visited a couple of wineries that day, so I really had no idea why we picked this one. But my goodness, my palates were having a party and everyone was invited.

Liam was our sommelier and he did an outstanding job in explaining the wines. Even though we were looking for more sweet wines, I ended up snagging a bottle of Shiraz that was literally one of the best I've had in years. Mind you, I don't drink much. BUT STILL.

There is just something that hits different with Swan Valley wines, which I prefer than Margaret River's. Faber is a good representation of that.

Absolutely love Faber. I currently work at Evans and Tate in the Marg River region and I recommend Faber to everyone. Faber is our favourite winery in WA. John is an amazing wine maker and he never fails to deliver. Miss going to the events as they are absolutely brilliant but hope to go back one day.

Great hosting and service by John, Megan and Peter. Good selection of wines and an ample shared tasting plate. Ambience was so rustic and serene. Didn’t take photos, should have but enjoying myself and never gave it a second thought!

We had an absolutely wonderful time tasting wine and eating grazing platters at Faber vineyard. The wine is excellent and great prices for it.... we all walked out with bags and boxes at the end! Highly recommend.

Fantastic hidden gem in the valley. I enjoy the wines here, and love they that have a number of local grape sources. Tasting plates are amazing! Owners are so friendly and polite! Cozy setting with a stunning outdoor area.

First time for a special bday and don't drink wine. Loved the wine (no bitter after taste) food was delicious. Had a platter share between two.

Beautiful scenery, perfect ambience and attentive service. The platter was to die for and the wine was fabulous. A special black mini poodle makes the whole experience memorable. We will return time and time again. Thank you to the wonderful staff… you really made our day 😊

Great little boutique brewery with tasty wine. John the wine maker was quick to assist, and proved how the quality Reserve Shiraz wine aged with time, allowing us to taste a special 2006 vintage. 👍

Always have a fabulous time at Faber's, the wine is second to none and the venue is lovely. We have been over 6 times with most of our close friends and it's always great.
John is extremely knowledgeable about the wine and always happy to tell you about each style.
Can't recommend it enough.

As soon as you walk into this place you won't regret. Welcomed by the young enthusiastic host with genuine interest in each customer.
Talked a solid hour just about wine, plenty of information, plenty of laughs and an all round quality tasting lineup.

Easily coming back and recommending to anyone who enjoys a good drop.

Barrel tasting, hot soup for lunch, Faber goes from strength to strength. John's wines are awesome and tasting the next vintages in their infancy, priceless!
And then there's spring wines. The list goes on. Gold medals on some this year 2022.
