Milan Coaching and Training

I attended David's seminar coaching and therapy Level 1 last weekend. Personal and professional empowerment is not a new topic for me but what I loved was how David shares his knowledge and easily passing the skill set over to people that attended the days seminar. All the information was relevant, scaffolded to the right level and easy to comprehend. The way David presented the program put everyone at ease straight away, which made it very easy and comfortable for everyone to be interactive. Can highly recommend Milan Coaching and therapy to anyone that is looking for self development or a deeper understanding of their relationships. Thank you David and Deb for a very enjoyable day.

I spent Saturday with David from Milan Coaching, and an intimate group of lovely people.
There was a balance of theory & practical, both were useful. It's Monday morning, and I have already used what I learnt! Got to be happy with that!!!!
David's relaxed style with lots of humour, made this serious topic of dealing with tricky relationships enjoyable.

I have been attending workshops and one to one sessions at Milan Coaching and Therapy for a couple of years now. I have got so much value out of these session both on a personal and professional level. I can’t recommend David his team enough to take you from where you are at and support you to get to where you are wanting to go. The workshops are great and awesome to get to meet like minded people who are on the journey of improving self.

David's guidance, insight, life experiences, knowledge of mental wellbeing, enthusiasm to free me from pain and his wisdom, have honestly been invaluable to me. His availability to help me through my life's challenges thus far has me returning to know myself deeper in order to build resilient and authentic connection within myself and my significant others. Debra's availability and willingness has supported me through some dark times and if you got this far in my review you will understand how much I appreciate them for their ethic and positive influence in my life and those I interact with. They truly are a shining example amongst mental health practitioners.
