Petar Mrdja is one of three owners of Urbanista Town Planning. The following review is about our experience in dealing with Petar Mrdja. It is irrelevant to us where the work took place. Professionalism and work ethic is the individuals responsibility.
Petar Mrdja was contracted to work for the Town of Cambridge recently. My partner and I lodged a development application with the town. Our DA was unfortunately assigned to him. Over a period of nearly 3 months it didn't progress. He hardly ever responded to emails or calls from us or our Architect. He never met a deadline and never explained why. His communication was appalling. When we complained to his manager he reacted in our view by writing a spiteful and vindictive report on our development application and made no attempt to help us resolve the issues. Basically he hung us out to dry then left. Very unprofessional behavior in my opinion. If there was an option to give no stars I would. Petar Mrdja is a director of Urbanista. Be warned.
