Khanna Indian Restaurant

We went for the first time today. Wow, what amazing food,it was so tasty. The waitress was lovely and friendly. The service was brilliant, we didn't have to wait long at all. Food was lovely and hot and very flavoursome. Well worth the drive, we were not disappointed at all. The photo doesn't do it justice. We are definitely going to go back.

Let me tell you something. THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR SERVICE. The server was very kind and often checked in on us, making sure we had everything we needed. We tried the Butter Chicken (as one should) and Lamb Korma and they were absolutely Delectable with lovely butter naan bread and papadams. Top tier Meat Samosa's and Onion Bhaji for Entrée, as well! AND *DO NOT* GET ME STARTED ON THEIR TAMARIND SAUCE. What did I just eat, HEAVEN IN A BOWL?!?! Chef has THE Golden Curry Hands, like they've been enchanted by the osmosis of the sun itself. Thank you Chef, Thank you Server, Thank you Khanna. SSS+++ Establishment. Will be back again.

Interesting indian restaurant on Scarborough beach road, in my Hawthorn. Staff were very friendly and helpful and although they appear to do large amounts of take away, our orders came in a reasonable period of time.

Update (May 2023): we went again and it was just as good! Recommended.

Very yummy curry and fairly reasonable prices. We also had a discount due to booking online, so that helped.

We ordered Two curries, Rice, Biryani and 1 serve of Naan and a Mango Lassi which came out to be $75. (~$50 after discount) and it was enough food for dinner and lunch tomorrow for both of us.

Service was a little bit oddball (came to collect our plates, but we had asked for takeaway containers), but friendly nevertheless.

We ordered an off the menu Mango Lassi, it was very nice!

We will likely come back for some takeaway in the future.

Recommended.

Gave this place a try due to the good reviews. Absolutely glad we gave it a try. Food were delicious, especially that lamb ribs… the MUST try starter… so crispy and yet just fell off the bone and that sauce was absolutely amazing! Although the other dishes were also tasty, chicken korma was probably our least favourite for the night. Garlic Naan vs Chilli Paratha…. definitely go for the garlic naan… chilli paratha just didn’t live up to our expectations and didn’t have that multi-layer and crispness. Waitstaff encountered was friendly and the restaurant appeared to be clean and well cared for. Adding this place to my Perth Indian restaurants to dine list!

Had takeaway last night, restaurant was empty apart from one party of three so I was apprehensive. Ordered lamb ribs, butter chicken, beef korma, rice and garlic naan for $50. More than enough for two. The beef korma was so silky and flavorsome, beef was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Butter chicken was good too. The bones of the lamb ribs fell apart a little so there were some crunchy bits, but really tasty. Would 100% go again.

Our absolute favourite Indian restaurant. Food is always top-notch. I particularly enjoy the vegetable samosas and lamb Korma.
Staff are friendly and attentive.
Always bring my family here when they visit Perth.
Highly recommend to anyone.

Food is fantastic. We have a few dishes,all are good.
If you can’t handle spicy just go for mind otherwise medium spicy is perfect. The customer service is very very good.

This is by far the best Indian resturant in Perth. Have been coming here for more than 1.5 years and love it everytime we visit Food is amazing, staff are courteous and service is very good.

Note: Today, a guy came in and demanded free food in exchange for a good review, then started bullying saying if he doesn't get it, he will give bad review and market it everywhere. After checking with staff, found that the same guy came in 2 days ago asking the same. Such people give a bad name to other content creators.

Absolutely delicious! I thoroughly recommend this awesome little place! As a vegetarian, I really appreciated that there were a lot of tasty options on the menu for me to enjoy. Servings were generous, and the waitress gave us advice on which rice would best compliment the mains we had selected. We had lovely service overall, and were pretty pleased with the price! :)

I came across this place through Uber eats and I am so happy I did,it’s by far the best India I have had in a long time! The he mushroom curry was 10/10

Good food, clean and elegant shop. Lot Better than many local and high end indian restaurants. Try lamb dishes and sizzling paneer they are the best

First time in Mt Hawthorn and very happy to have found a curry house.

And one as good as Khanna. We had the butter chicken and a lamb rogan josh. We were very impressed and will definitely return.

Good, cheap indian food with fast service and easy parking.

I tried the goat biryani its test is so good i will be very thankful to chef. The staff was very friendly thanks.

Trying a new Indian restaurant sometimes doesn't always work out for the best :P

The interior is like an old, outdated cafe.
BUT the food is delicious!!!

Delicious Malai Kofta with Kashmiri Naan and Paneer Masala.Compliments to the Chef 🙂

I got the chicken spinach medium hotness, rice and garlic naans. It was all really good.
