Scrapbook Secrets

I had the most amazing experience at Scrapbook Secrets today. The two ladies took time out of their busy day to help me with my wedding invites without an appointment. The file type was tricky to deal with and they mastered it like champions. I would highly recommend their customer service and store if you are needing to design and print your wedding invites.

I had a little job to be done by Scrapbook Secrets.
On arrival, I was offered a chair and a cuppa. The ladies went about printing, cutting and corner punching. Their expertise and professional conduct made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Within no time my little job was done.
Their craft knowledge was amazing and being in their company is well worth just popping into their shop!!

My friend and I had the pleasure of doing a Xmas Card making lesson today with the lovely Leonie at Scrapbook Secrets. Being novices, we had the best day, Leonie was so helpful and so patient, and we came away with some beautiful cards. Cannot wait to go back for another card making day, thank you, all the ladies that were there today, Rosie and Cat, a wonderful experience for us both.

What an awesome store and amazing staff. The customer service that I have received in this store has been fantastic every time I have visited. One of my favourite bricks and mortar scrapbook stores. Very friendly and helpful staff. If an item is not in store or out of stock they are happy to order in or source for you.
I also love how the store is set out in easy to find catagories.

Thanks so much for creating such an amazing 30th guest book for my partner. The assistance I received was truely amazing, I myself am not creative at all and wouldn’t know where to start when it came to scrap booking. But with your guys help we pulled it off. The customer service at Scrapbook Secrets is exceptional. They are happy to talk to you about anything scrap booking/card making and order anything for you if at all possible. They have a huge range of papers/card stock. I have attended many classes there and have always left very happy.

My daughter attended two scrapbooking classes these holidays, she had a lot of fun & found it really interesting and informative. The ladies are so helpful and such bubbly people, which makes the experience really lovely. Will definitely go again if they have more classes that will encourage my daughters scrapbooking skills to develop more. Their prices aren’t too bad in the shop & the class pricing was reasonable too. We bought some stuff to take home so she could do more herself. They’ve got some pretty cool gear in the shop, could definitely spend lots of time & money there lol. Thanks Cat & the team for making my daughters experience very enjoyable xx

Great service - my visit was some time ago, and stock was needing to build at the time, but from the emails I have received, stock & choice has grown heaps! :)

I am from Queensland but I try to call into scrapbook secrets anytime I’m in Perth to visit. I always find something that I can’t get at my local craft store. Always something new I haven’t seen before. Great staff

I have attended a few workshops over the years and find them to be fun, informative and you end up with a work to be proud of.

If you're looking for more than just a great range of scrapbooking, card making or invitation supplies you have definitely come to the right place. The knowledgable staff here really know their stuff and go above and beyond to ensure you leave satisfied. If you are new to papercrafts there's plenty of classes you can do to upskill and if something's not in stock it can be ordered in for you. There's nothing not to love!!

My favourite scrapbook and craft store. Fabulous range and the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Anything they dont have in stock, they will happily order in for you.
