I loved my first shopping experience at French Bikini. Was absolutely doted on by the Sales Assistant Julia, who gave me so many items to try on that I probably wouldn't have found or chosen for myself. Will definitely be back!

I have been buying my underwear from French Bikini for close to 10 years now. Effie and Helen are so incredibly kind, welcoming and I feel so comfortable going in and trying on as many items as necessary until I love something. They remember my size even after long periods where I haven’t visited. Their range is beautiful and they cater to my larger size without fail, but I’ve also seen really beautiful items for smaller sizes too. As long as I live in Melbourne I’ll never go anywhere else!

The lingerie is exsquisite, every time i wear anything from this gorgeous shop, my friends and boyfriend are beyond impressed. Effie and Helen work hard to find the perfect fit and style for you and never let you leave unless you are both 100% satisfied and feeling confident. I have been a customer for just over a year now and I feel so comfortable with both of the ladies, I trust them implicitly and they make French Bikini such a special environment. Cannot recommend them enough, great price point as well and all my garments have washed and worn amazingly! Five stars!

French Bikini is a stunning store with incredible service by Helen and Effie, who make you feel comfortable in a shopping experience that usually leaves me feeling very UN-comfortable. I love the curated collection that has been hand picked for their customers, the little stories behind each brand and how they made it to this little Carlton North shop are so heart-warming. The owners are clearly experts in their field and have a true passion to make everyone feel special and beautiful in their own skin with a touch of lace and silk! I have received excellent customer service from Helen after placing an order on line. I needed to return my purchase for a different size and Helen was helpful and even called me to let me know that my replacement items were on their way. The packages were beautifully wrapped and included a personal note inside. I will definitely be purchasing from French Bikini again.
