I drove 45 mins on a Wednesday to especially go to Vinnies as I had just become a grandmother and wanted something for my daughters baby, myself and my daughter.
I arrived at exactly 4.57pm only to find a closed door. An elderly woman came over to door, opened it and said we are closed, it's only 9-5, I responded with its exactly 4.57 and I've just driven 45 minutes especially to come here and buy things, she replied with, well its closed, already done the till.
I understand people have things to do and places to go but for goodness sakes, I am literally so very upset right now and as I sit in my car writing this, I've just watched 2 old women come out of Vinnes, each carrying 3 bags of goodnes knows what, to not even look at or acknowledge me and hurry into their oversized vehicle.

Where has just good ol human decency gone these days.
I'm sad n angry n upset n it's not a very nice feeling 😔
