Space Shuttle Sydney Airport Parking - Wilson Car Park Domestic & International

Excellent. Affordable. Good shuttle service. Staff are brilliant; I had a flat battery and they lent me a jump starter from the office. Friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Six stars out of five!

At first, I was a little worried after seeing some of the negative reviews. But I realised I was worried for no reason!
The whole experience was a breeze. When we arrived, the boom gate wouldn't issue a ticket as it was saying the carpark was full. Luckily, I had my whole family with me so I got one of them to run into the office with the printed reservation confirmation and someone soon opened the boom gate. It was a bit full but we found an empty spot on level 3 and parked. The waiting time for the shuttle was minimal and the ride to the airport even shorter.

Once we came back, we rang the office for the shuttle, found the horseshoe bend and waited at Bay 4. The shuttle arrived within 3 minutes. Upon arriving at the carpark, we showed the office person the reservation confirmation again and the office person handed me a validated exit ticket.
Our car was parked exactly where we'd left it.

The only improvement that can be made is that your boom gate seems to read 'Full' most of the time and won't issue an entry ticket. Perhaps you need to update this on your instructions.
Apart from this, everything was perfect!
Will definitely be using Space Shuttle Car Park again!

Parking at Space Shuttle Airport Parking has always been a positive experience for me. Waiting times for shuttle transfer are minimal. You can always find a space to park or staff will repark for you when one becomes available. Parking is secured and mostly undercover you stress free. The staff are always polite and helpful. I would recommend parking here for any purpose.

Very convenient location. Have used the Space Shuttle several times now. Transfer right to the door and convenient location for pick up upon return. Great with young kids, saves walking through the domestic parking terminal for sure!

Parked our car for 7 days whilst our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids aged 7,5,2) went interstate. Parking was easy, transfers to and from airport were timely. Child seat was a available, but only 1 per bus, may have more on request? Would need to ask. We did have to wait about 15mins for a transfer to the airport as there was a few people arrived for transfers all at the same time. Buses were very clean, drivers were friendly and helpful.

Very convenient parking option for domestic airport…less than 5 minutes to domestic terminal by shuttle bus…we parked car at roof top under shade cloth and took lift to reception area where shuttle bus departs from…they even have waiting area. On return, we called on the provided number and shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes to pick us. Prices were cheaper than other car parks. Recommended.

Great car park with plenty of spaces. Very clean and well maintained. Great shuttle service to the terminal, and back again. Definitely park here next time when flying internationally.

Excellent place to park, can choose from undercover to open air. Very quick access to the airport (7min drive) and on call pick up when flight has landed.

I seriously cannot express how much I love this service!!! The prices are outstanding and if you book online you get a free shuttle bus to the airport and back and they help you with your luggage. It’s very secure and easy to use. The guys there are so amazing and so polite and helpful. The second time I use this service, a few weeks ago, I stuffed up the booking, but the man at the desk helped me, made sure I got the best deal, and also helped me understand how to not make the same mistake again. They have different parking areas for different price levels and they offer a car washing service as well. They also have a public restroom for the customers.

I booked online with my credit card. When I get there, I just tap on my credit card on the machine at the gate then it let me through. After that, there is a staff come to ask me where do I go (domestic/ international) then he told me 5 mins then we start to go, he also took my luggage out of my car and put it in shutter bus.all I need to do is I park my car anywhere I want then go down Ground floor by lift then get in the bus.

He drop me at International Arrival - Shuttles Bus then told me came to same place when I come back Australia. I also had a free trolley around here.

Very easy and accessible location. Short wait for shuttles to pick you up in the carpark and only a short trip to the terminals. Comfortable and modern VW vans to pick you up in. I’d consider booking here after already experiencing other parking alternatives. Also not that I needed to go, there is a restroom at the waiting area in the carpark.

Highly recommend this service. It has made travel to airports so stress free. The parking rates are very reasonable and the customer service of the shuttles and frequency is excellent.
