We love this place. Ate here twice on our 3 day holiday from Melbourne and it’s just as good as it was 2 years ago when we went. Mon is the best in discussing and helping me with my dietary requirements and the food was amazing. Using local and bush ingredients from their own native garden all 3 courses were delicious. Wine was also well matched with the food I especially enjoyed their Riesling. Can’t wait to go back to see Mon, Jade and the girls and eat more of their amazing food.

Lovely Saturday Lunch with the ladies. We were a table of 4 and chose against doing the feed me option and went with 3 small shared plates, 1 large and 2 sides and of course a delicious bottle of wine. It came with complimentary bread & fancy butter. We found it inexpensive and extremely good value!! The food was imaginative and very delicious…..in fact we raved about how good the whole experience was for days. Surely its one of the best places in the valley for that elevated (yet relaxed) dining experience. (Not all food represented in the photos i have put up)

Highly recommend visiting.

We did a tasting platter with lunch, you can be served before or after lunch and we did a tasting before.

We picked 5 wines each so we could try 10, we absolutely loved the 2023 Missy Riesling (we had a case shipped home) and the 2022 Polish Hill River Riesling.

Lunch was spectacular, the small plates were pretty big.

Grilled asparagus, Wagyu bresaola, Pepperberry gribiche, karkalla, kutjera was definately 5* for me. The asparagus stood out and didn't really need much accompaniments. The bresaola was fine but didn't seem to match the dish.

Crumbed Remarkable meat co lamb, native thyme, burnt onion, baby gem lettuce was our favourite dish. The lamb was cooked perfectly and the sauces and greens paired perfectly, I couldn't find any fault in the dish and it was so generous.

Beer braised Wagyu brisket, sunchokes, garden warrigal, buttermilk, succulents: I'm not a big red meat eater but I really enjoyed this, the brisket was juicy and well seasoned, the sunchokes worked really well with the beef and brought some freshness to the dish.

Would definately come back, thank you so much for taking care of us.

What a perfect wine tasting paring with canapés !! Great view, nice food & wine, and friendly staff 🥂 It was great that we could try ranges of wine as many as we can. It would’ve been better if we could sit on the window side, but we visited walk in, so no complaints. Would love to visit again !

(Jade) I believe that's how it's spelt went above and beyond for my partners birthday. She was able to give us such a wonderful experience that we'd come back for a 3rd time. The food was sensational (the wine was ok) and the pairing is just wonderful. I'd highly recommend a sip, snack, sip, finish snack and sip.

We visited Paulette winery while holidaying in Clare. We were attended to by Jade, whose customer service is second to none. Her knowledge, friendliness and professionalism was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our visit was one to remember. We had the tasting flight, and
compliments to the chef, the food is wonderfully pared with the wines. We highly recommend a visit to Paulettes Winery.

We had the 3 shared courses (kangaroo bresaola fermented beetroot salad, lamb kofta & roasted barramundi) and a dessert on the alacarte menu (kunzea bavarois lemon myrtle sponge). We paired our meal with their wines - 2022 Sangiovese Rosé and 2022 Brielle' Grenache. All dishes were amazingly delicious! Well deserved to be the #1 ranking (top 10 best restaurants in Clare Valley) on Trip Advisor. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and knowledgeable in every dish and wine they serve. Will visit again.

Almost amazing lunch with a view!

A friend recommended to have lunch here, and thankfully we could make last minute recommendations. The kitchen closes at 3pm on Sunday so be there in time.

The food was fresh, delicious and a mix of new, different type of local produce!

I had the matching wine with the dishes which was perfect!

The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Definitely a recommendation!

Wow! What an amazing visit . A birthday celebration & we had the tasting experience. They did a vegan canape & wine tasting for me & it was out of this world. Then I heard it was from their 18 yr old appreciate. Well a big thank you to the apprentice chef for making my experience a memorable one. Would highly recommend this winery. Great food, great wines, great views & also great service.

Absolutely the best cheese board I have ever had. Very generous servings of delicious cheeses paired beautifully with breads and condiments. Five stars!

Most memorable dining establishment in Australia . This is the second time we've dined at Pauletts, and we enjoyed our lunch as much as we did the first time, a few years ago. When we were in the area last time, we tried a number of well known and highly rated restaurants, but Pauletts was imprinted in our minds as the absolute standout, and we have a couple of chefs in our group. This restaurant was a must for us to return to, and it didn't disappoint. All the staff are lovely and welcoming, the position is gorgeous, the pirice for the quality is sooooo reasonable, and the style, presentation, and taste of all the dishes served was once again exceptional. We did the $44.00 3 course feed us option, and was served the peaches (delectable), the gnocchi (a real taste of Italy), followed by the beef (cooked perfectly, with flavours to savour), and a complimentary tomato salad (absolutely awesome). The wine is so well priced at under $10 a glass, and the homemade sour dough bread was so good, that my husband asked if the chef wouldn't mind giving him a couple of spoons of his sourdough starter (as my husband forgot his starter, and we've just begun a 5 month trip around Australia), which the chef kindly did. Just another reason to put Pauletts at the top of our "must experience" dining list. Pauletts bush divine winery restaurant in Polish Hill (part of the Clare Valley) is 5 star all the way. Experience food the way it should be served, with fresh crisp flavours, quality produce, and edible natives you've never seen before ... what's not to love about this place!

Had a shared 3 courses meal at Paulett on a Thursday, very friendly staff. First course was cured salmon with pickles. Second course was grilled peaches which supposed to served with pork crackles (ran out) replaced it with macadamia. The steak was served with some native succulent plants, very cruchie plant but a bit bitter to my taste.
However all food were beautifully cooked with a great view. Very lovely dinning experience.

We called in without a reservation the restaurant was packed. We were driving through to port Pirie with a hour to spare for lunch. The waitress was so welcoming and organised a table on the veranda for us with spectacular views. Our experience: High quality unique food. Fantastic customer service.

Been coming here for years when we do a Clare Valley sojourn with friends and it never disappoints. Had an amazing meal today with warm friendly service from the whole Pauletts team. Just choose the “let us feed you” option and sit back. Killer views and beautiful wines. Well worth the stop. Do yourself a favour and make a booking.

We had an amazing lunch here. The views from the cafe are incredible! We opted for the 4 plate menu @$44 per person. The food was of an exceptional standard with balanced flavours and imaginative combinations. I enjoyed the sparkling Riesling with my meal. We can definitely recommend having a meal here and will return.

Every time we come here the food and service is top quality. The views from the cafe are worth a visit alone but the delicious food and sensational wines seal the deal! Make sure you take the time to visit this beautiful winery, long lazy lunch highly recommended!

We were given Paulett's recommendation by a fellow traveller, so we tried it out, we were not disappointed at all.
I highly recommended the experience, however from Thursdays on you should book, it does get busy
