Clare Valley Wine, Food and Tourism Centre

This is definitely one of the better tourist centres we have visited.
Heaps of information and people who really know what they are talking about. It's obvious they know and love the Clare and Gilbert Valley area, and what tourists can see, do and experience.

Rikki was really helpful, very bubbly and so accommodating. I was visiting Clare Valley from Bathurst, my sister and I had the cheese board and it was delicious. Thank you so much Rikki! We had a fantastic time ☺

We didnt eat here but enjoyed looking through their gift wares, antiques and collectables. We purchased a few unique gifts, cant wait to give to my friends and see their faces.
Would highly recommend a visit.
Enjoyed their humorous gifts too.

Friendly staff gave us lots of options for lunch over Christmas and which places were open.

Visiting Clare Valley wine region from Perth, we called in to help plan our wine and food itinerary. We were joyfully met by Barb (I think, lady with short name beginning with B anyway). Her willingness to help and her knowledge of the valley's wineries and eateries were second to none, which is saying something, considering our extensive travels over many years. Just excellent service that's greatly appreciated :-)

Traveling all the way around Australia and honestly never experienced that lovely people in Visitor centre before. Very helpful, you will get thousands tips from staff there.

Can confirm this is one of the best wine information centres to visit. No crazy price jumps on local wines, beautiful local art and craft on display. Ladies were very helpful

Very knowledgeable locals, a good variety of local produce, art and crafts. A very comfortable , quiet place to enjoy a good coffee and light snack while looking over your information literature

Great Service. Wendy promptly guided us through Clare Valley Maps and Wineries, followed by well informed advise on the flinders ranges and eyre peninsula. Highly recommend stopping here before commencing your trip.

An interesting information Center with healthy food and nibbles plus a inviting wood fire in the middle. Easy to spend an hour there with Coffee etc served and tables and chairs. This would be a wheelchair accessible place and cool place on a hot day.

Was there Sunday (27th Dec), the young lady who was on duty was extremely helpful and pleasant. Not afraid to ask questions about our journey and offering advice as well. Keep up the great work.

Such a wonderful information centre! Coffee and cake, brochures, gifts, all the local wines available for purchase plus very helpful staff. Fabulous:)

Staff here were super helpful, and they sell wine! So we were able to enjoy our first wine for the trip while planning our weekend itinerary with some help. Very worthwhile to stop by.
