Red Cliffs Lookout

Short walk from the small parking area to the platform to the left. Over to the right of the path is a closed of section. Both spots have beautiful views.

The accommodation was reasonable and very clean. There was a hair drier, toaster, micro wave there. The room was bigger than we have had recently. The pool was in good condition. All good. The wind mill was a nice touch.

Walk not far from the parking spot. There is a fence surrounding it. Causing not to see as many beautiful views as it should be

Stunning views, and just a short walk away from the carpark. There's a small platform to walk up which overlooks the Murray River. Parking is fairly limited, but it's quite a quiet area, so doesn't get too busy. Dogs were allowed too within the reserve, but on leash only.

Red Cliffs has exactly what the name suggests 😆 and then some really beautiful plant-scapes as well.
A short drive south of Mildura, it would be such a waste not to see it if you’re in town. With no payment barriers it’s got to be the best value thing to do in the area!
My friends spent about an hour walking around here even though we only planned for 30 minutes, the area has so much to see

Lovely walk. Take your hat and sunscreen.
Follow the left track to get to the lookout. Great views of the river and the cliffs.

Stunning. We were here when the river was in flood. Will come back when the river is back to normal and review again. 10/10

Certainly worth taking time to visit & even the “Fabulous Boardwalk” 👍👍👍👍👍….if u can view the cliffs wth sunshine it really glows

Great lookout however the powerlines are definitely there and the lookout isn’t very close to the edge

Very nice look out. Couple painting the scene & lots of visitors at the time. Not a high lookout but great view.

I was mad that it was fenced at first until I saw the sign that the cliff wasn't safe to walk on. Overall it was okay

Go their at sunrise it's absolutely beautiful I prefered the path to the right of the lookout.

Beautiful spot to look out over the river. The red cliff is on the right path as you come out of the car park and there is another lookout if you turn left.

The river in flood, corellas and cockatoos screeching. Spectacular.

Beautiful view from lookout over the Murry, seeing the river in flood is awe inspiring. Also the cliffs have that redish colour, with what looks like paint brush strokes of difference shades going up the cliff wall. Beautiful art by nature.

The view is amazing. Take a blanket & some lunch

Interesting place to see. Would be nice to have a plaque/information board or something with a little information to read to the kids explaining how the cliffs were formed. But all in all a great place if you know how to explain what, why and how it has all come to be
