Girls, this is not a lie, the way my hair was ruined was so sad, you can see the pictures below. Actually, I remember a man sitting there saying that he would come back the next day because of the problems we were having in there. The "hairstylist" used way to much product on my hair and then accused me of "stealing" if I didn't pay for the damage that she had caused me. Dane and I are just trying to warn other people not to go to "hair chateau", they really don't know what they are doing. Anyone who says that this is okey, clearly doesn't know what they are talking about.

This happened a few months ago and I was torn whether to write a review but I dont want others to have what happened to me and my friend. We went there for me to get my roots done and for her to get bella rouge. My poor friend got the worst hair I've ever seen. She had beautiful black hair but the lady made her hair yellow which these massage yellow streaks that didn't blend in. There was a line of yellow that went around her whole head. The lady who did it said "it looks great" but my friend pointed out these yellow streaks that didn't blend it at all. I have photos if anyone wants to see, you can contact me. The lady gave me purple roots and told me it would blend in. Never in my 14 years of dying my roots have I ever left a hair salon where it was purple and I had to wash it in. On top of that, the roots she gave me didn't even match my original color. It looked terrible. My friend went to 2 professional hair stylists for their opinion and they were absolutely shocked at her hair and said she ruined my friends hair and the best would be wait it out, cut itand color it again when the hair was healthy. My friend didn't even want her touching her hair again. If there are any backpackers out there, please save yourself and dont go here. The lady who helped us, dyed my friends hair back to black. So now my friend had paid money to have her hair back to her color. My friend wouldn't even let her try cut her hair because she didn't trust her to do anything else. My "roots" faded within 2 weeks and usually they last a few months. So I paid money, so essiently have nothing changed. To be honest, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I would add the photos if I knew how too just so you could see the awfulness of our hair.

No we were not happy. My friend said it was "ok" at no point were we ever delighted with the outcome. The first day we spent 7-8 hours at your hair salon and another 5 trying to fix the mistakes. We just wanted to get out of there at this point, getting anymore angry would not have helped. The damage was done already. We paid, said "whatever this is okay. we just want to leave". I can assure you none of us were happy with the outcome.
