I found Dionne (and Courtney) to be very approachable and professional, whilst still being down to earth which is what I needed whilst I went through my first home buying journey. Amazing service all round
We were looking for a heritage apartment in the city for over 6 months, it was a hard and exhausting process, although Rhiannon and Harcourts team made it such a breeze. Rhiannon and the team checked in weekly sending updates on properties we would be interested in looking at. They always welcomed us to every property with smiles and useful advice. We found our dream home based on one of their recommendations, they helped us through the whole process coaching us through the first home buyers process. They are an amazing bunch of people and especially Rhiannon who went the extra mile to give us and out puppy our dream apartment. We are so happy and grateful for all the help along the way.

From the ‘cold call’ email I sent - which resulted in a phone call from Dionne with a few hours - right through to the final sale (via negotiated deadline), it was a fantastic experience. Updates on viewings twice a week, great advice on the styling choices for an inner city heritage apartment, and clear details on negotiation strategies - I was thrilled with Dionne’s service (and work ethic).
