Really lovely people, great help. I have a chook with gapeworm, I rang to find out if they had a product to help my girls and was advised they did.

When I got there, I wasn't too sure if it had the correct ingredient, they went above and beyond to find out if it was the correct product.

I love the drive through availability and the fact that I didn't have to lift anything into my car (also bought feed and hay), as I'm unable to lift heavy things.

They really are very friendly and I can't thank then enough for their time today.

Great customer service, the online ordering and delivery day schedule is efficient and reliable. Any questions are rapidly answered. Small orders like ours seem to get the same level of customer service they would provide their biggest customers. Shows the company cares about every customer. The product is also great and much better value than pet store equivalents.

Fast and reliable delivery. Beautiful clean shop. Very fresh hay and grains. I normally shop more locally although I needed a back up for fresh bailed hay and pasture. Had my first delivery to Heathcote and I was impressed with the quality of pasture bales as were the horses the friendly delivery was very convenient and the feed was reasonably priced. Online shopping experience was very easy I'll be definitely reordering again.
