Despite the overall one star this place gets, my experience here were actually really nice. Went for a blood test for pre employment check, the lady that takes my blood were really nice and efficient. I know very well that my vains are deep and almost invisible, and every time i get my blood drawn i have to get stabbed multiple times, and a bruise is guaranteed. This lady acutally inspected both of my arms and decide to use a thin needle and syringe instead of the normal one, and got enough blood out of me on the first try and i barely felt anything. This may sounds like nothing to most people but its actually the first time in my life. And theres no bruise afterwards. Very good job indeed.

The other review seemed pretty old, went two times recently they were always welcoming no apparent issue.

Never had an issue with the staff here. Everything was great.

I arrived with my elderly grandmother at the opening time of 8am. After waiting for an extended period of 54 minutes, a woman by the name of Anna answered the bell. When I inquired about the delay and asked a staff member what time they open, I received an unprofessional response from a lady who said, "I open now." She looked so miserable and discontent with her job.

I came to do my blood test yesterday morning which was Monday
The elderly lady who did my blood test, I did not like the way she looked at me and she spoke very loudly and seemed very impatient
I was not feeling well and I have not said anything but I felt her energy she is not happy
Aslo she copied the way I spoke and I have noticed that she copied how I talk but I choose to ignore and finish my blood test and go
And before I go out she told me ,have a nice day which I was very surprised
I guess maybe she felt bad of how she treated me
My massage is please don’t copy people how they talk is not nice ,very impatient and I found it very rude how she ask you do things , I hope you see this and is not okay

Do not recommend to go here. Nurse was extremely slow then I received a bill a few weeks later when I was not told it was charged. The dr put to bulk bill!

They get you in and out quickly, but don't expect any assistance or empathy from the receptionist. She is the rudest person I've ever encountered. I thought I've caught her on a bad day previously, but no, she's always short and abrupt. A smile or a friendly hello would make all the difference.

There’s two Melbourne pathology centres here. This one was staffed by a lone impatient person who was amazingly able to get verbal with two patients at once (they were English second language and she had no patience for it). Just go two buildings up to the other one closer to cohealth

This asian lady knows nothing. She was busy on phone taking instructions. She was unsure about basic blood tests and said that insurance doesn't cover it while this is not the first time we came here. My wife was texting me that she's scared while she was inside and I asked her to come out. Pathetic.

It looks like the lady doesn’t want to be there.Why would somebody be at the front desk if they in no way willing to help you?Its part of their job to guide you.
