Fantastic response in an emergency regarding my mate and working dog. Hank is a black border and was not in good shape when we arrived at the clinic. To the Vets and nurses who cared for Hank, my sincere thanks. All your effort and care was appreciated. Hank is fully recovered.

Such a caring and lovely vet clinic that helped me out with kindness and compassion during an emergency with my beloved kitty. They got me in urgently and were so understanding when I was extremely distressed and worried, MASSIVE shout out to Morgan and Dr Anne for their care of my kitty, but also their care of me. I’d recommend them to anyone. Caring, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you and see you soon :-)

Our Dog Ella became seriously ill on Saturday 2/12/2023. We attended the Clinic around 11.00 am and the prognosis was serious but positive. Unfortunately Ella went down markedly over the next 24 hours with an ensuing call to Greg who kindly opened up the Clinic for us around 4.00 pm on Sunday. Ella was euthanised by Greg surrounded by myself and my Wife's loving arms. We truly thank Greg for his compassion and consideration. Michael.

Used this Vet for the first time, great to find vets who specialise in livestock not just domestic pets. Punctual and caring, with helpful advice when deciding the fate of a pet. Wonderful staff, polite and understanding.

My cat just had her annual check-up and vaccinations here with Dr Sarah Martin. My cat is very nervous and always complains very vocally about the whole thing. However, Dr Martin was great - super gentle and respectful. She managed to get all of the necessary checks done while giving my cat a bit of space to move around rather than trying to hold her still, which made the whole thing so much better. I appreciated the time and care she took.

This vet deserves as many stars in the universe for all the help and care they gave to our 15 year old cat Mim in her last months, right up to her last moments. They are skilled, experienced, professional, reliable, easy to understand when dealing with a difficult situation and invested in the best outcome for your pet. We don’t know how we can thank them for helping us and Mim, a 5 star review does not do justice for the service they provided our family. Thank you.

Took a velvet joey this morning, got excellent help and service, not normal people's treatment but as wildlife rescuers the service was excellent.

I've been taking my animals here for years and always find the team welcoming, generous with their time and kind in their care. They all work so hard and I am so glad to have them in my community.

Very happy with the care given to our cat. Great affordable and compassionate care for our pet. Had previous experience with after hours service for my mum's dog, vet went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend this vet.
