I am so very glad I pulled into Bill's garage!! Not only was Bill such a genuine and honest bloke with unbeatable tyre prices with a wheel alignment, he also assisted in locating the hole in my exhaust system and found that the wheel stud was a dodgy repair from the previous owner. With lots of advice, extremely quick and friendly service, Bill honestly made my day! Thank you so very much!

The best customer experience I have ever had with Bill. Fixed my puncture tyre and it is way better than taking the tyre to my car dealership. Last time, my car dealership told me that the tyre cannot be fixed and must be replaced, charged me over 400 dollars. This time at Bill's shop, it is only $40. Thanks so much bill, will recommend my friend to visit if they have tyre problems

Got 4 new tyre for a fair price. The man was easy going and knew what he was talking about.
Was grateful to have the choice to stay and wait or come back in a couple of hours, especially as I had my 4year old with me so was glad the man was understanding.

Bill gave me great advice and options with replacing my tyres(once again). Bill is very knowledgable and gave me qualified advice to match tyres to vehicle and driving style within size range. My husband has been going to City& Rural on & off for well over 20 years besides the fact that we always get what we came for price & quality wise its also the pleasure of seeing bill again he is genuinely one of the nicest guys u could come across never shop anywhere else!

Before I went to Bill, two tyre service centres informed me I had to replace my punctured tyre entirely. Bill took a look and said he could repair it without trouble. He even did it there and then in 30 minutes since he saw I was using space saver tyre and wasn't comfortable with me traveling on it.

Ended up costing me 1/5 the cost of a replacement tyre. Very honest and caring service

I blew a tyre on my Land-rover and decided to fit a Hankook as a replacement spare. A dealer search on the Hankook website lead my to City & Rural Tyre Sales and I'm very glad it did.
Straight up with no wasted haggling Bill gave me a better price than any of the 4 chain tyre stores I'd contacted; $297 for a Dynapro ATM in 255/55R19, and arranged a time to suit me for fitting it.
Upon arrival I was straight in, no waiting or queuing.
Bill is great guy and we had a good chat while he fixed on the new tyre. He then helped get the spare back up under the car and even gave me the old tyre so I could make a swing for my kids.
The shop doesn't look flashy like his competitors but the pricing and service mean I'll be coming back when I next need a new tyre or repair to one.
