I went to this store today to ask for help on two minor but very difficult issues. The man there (lovely guy with a beard) was super helpful and the obviously knowledgeable woman there also came up and offered help and advice. This is the sort of business we ALL should applaud because these super smart professionals are worthy of our respect and support.

I'm an employee with a company that has had an account with these guys for well over 20 years. I personally have always found their service great. Nothing is ever a problem. They have a great range of quality and specialised tools as well.

I have purchased from these guys several times over the last couple of days, all my purchases were around their minimum purchase amount. If you want great old fashioned service, good advice and good prices, you’ll come to cost less bolts. Otherwise you can go to your local Bunnings.

Oh wait, Bunnings click and collect takes 2 days or more?? For future people when they read this, it’s 2020 and Victoria has entered stage 4 bla bla bla... go do a google search and let google tell you the story.

Cost less bolts, whilst not opened for public to enter unless you are a trades person, turned around an order for me in minutes and this is how it works.

Johnni was working on his bike and required a hex set urgently and finds that all other hardware storeS take time to fulfil orders (2 plus days or more). He gives a call to cost less bolts, 5 minutes before closing time and phone call was picked up in record time. Johnni enquires for the item, pays for it and whilst he lives 15 minutes away, lovely Steve says, “come around Johnni Boi, I’ll wait for you to come by to pickup.”

Johnni sprints out the door and got there and it was already 5.19pm. Feeling embarrassed for being late, Steve was there waiting with the item all packaged up, with a complimentary Kit Kat and a smile on his face.

Steve did not have to do any of the above but he did.

His customer service and dedication made me a promoter and want to tell the world what a good job he did. I will be back in the future for my other purchases.

Lowest prices are just the beginning is exactly just that, lowest prices... Sometimes the value is not in the price only.

Friendly happy staff, have almost everything you need, prices are suprisingly good. The few stuff they dont have they put you in touch with the right person to help. Really Helpful, saved me heaps
