I would like to thank the Floral Army team for being so flexible and amenable yesterday when my Mum was not home to receive her bouquet of flowers. You went above and beyond the call of duty to reschedule another time for delivery. Thank you for your professionalism and understanding particularly given the incredibly hot weather! Mum loved her bouquet of roses, so thank you for making her birthday extremely special! We are very grateful to have such an outstanding florist walking distance from home! Thank you!

I ordered some flowers for a relative, and Flower Army were not able to leave the flowers due to it being an apartment complex, with no safe drop. Flower army not only called the receiver but also called me to let me know and apologised. The receiver was able to pick the flowers up from the shop. Excellent customer service.

OMG - I don't know how this happened - I seem to have missed, and failed to give Floral Army a review! I LOVE this shop. One of the two best florists I've ever had, and the other one disappeared from my life years ago!
I live 30 metres away - every time I walk down the street with my dog, I pause at the door and breath in all the aromas of all of the beautiful flowers inside.
My wife and I always get flowers here, for family birthdays, Christmas, etc.
I've been taking photos of it for years - I'll have to dig through my photos and get some more to post here!

A really beautiful shop with thoughtful service. The owners, Alicia and Annita, and their team, are always very happy to chat through orders and create something really special for their customers. It’s so nice to see locally grown product on display and used wherever possible. There’s regularly something new and lovely in store; even if it’s only a browsing kind of day ;) Although, it is hard not to buy something every time. Flowers, plants, pots, candles, Australian made beauty products and more; treats for everyone (or sometimes just yourself!) 🌼💚

Our girl tribe wanted to send our bestie some birthday flowers, but alas, we’re in Texas and she’s in Perth. No worries! Floral Army took great care of us! They shared photos via email to help us select the perfect arrangement and placing the order online was a breeze. The girls at Floral Army are rad. Skilled and knowledgable florists who know their flowers and plants. Great service. Really interesting local and always fresh flowers. These talented guys will put togther the perfect arrangement for the occasion that you require it for; interesting and beautiful. No run of the mill bunches from here. The girls also did the flowers for our wedding and they were really beautiful; we were stoked, especially my wife! Thanks guys! I will only be ordering flowers from the Floral Army.

Beautiful flowers and above-and-beyond service. A couple of my flowers arrived looking a little sad and wilted (likely because of hot weather) and when my partner gave them this feedback, they replaced a couple of the stems for me without question, so I could enjoy the bunch for a little longer. So nice of them!

We booked Floral Army for our wedding on 10th October 2015. They did exceptional job! Our ceremony was very simple, we only had handmade arch as our props, Floral Army totally killed it by decorating it beautifully on the corner of arbour. They did great job to blend in my floral crown, bouquets, buttonholes & wrist corsages without looking too matchy matchy. What's the cherry on the top of cake is their exceptional customer service.
