The company is totally focused on collecting revenue rather than delivering on its promises. Avoid this company. They appear to have strategic ties and connections with the software platforms they service, however when it all goes bad they run, hide, deny and point the finger at each other, negating their purported value proposition as "facilitator". Suggest that you deal directly with the software providers as they do a better job and charge less. If you need support to merge, there are better resources out there who actually understand the property management sector and care about their reputation and your client outcomes.
