Disgustingly rude service. Tried to collect a parcel and was shouted at, contacted the parcel courier who proceeded to ring them while I was on the phone and they even shouted at them and said "it was not their problem" that my parcel wasn't there even though it stated on the delivery note that Jimmy signed for it, which just so happens is the name of the store owner. Will be reporting to TNT as they should not allow people to handle parcels who clearly do not care about them being delivered safely to the correct address.

DO NOT HAVE PARCELS REDIRECTED HERE!

Honestly, worst customer service I have ever received in my life.

I had been sent to collect a parcel from the store which I could see behind the counter and was told that I could not collect my parcel until the manager arrived at the store which was over an hour after I arrived as staff were not trained to use facilities corretly.

Staff refused to contact management or cooperate at all with helping speed this process at all.

Both staff from the Newsagency and Convience Store were not helpful or considerate at all and we’re in fact extremely rude. Both have definitely not been trained properly to do their jobs.

I was over an hour late for work and can not believe how bad this experience was absolutely deplorable!

NOT GOOD ENOUGH

The most disgraceful newsagency in Melbourne. They allow parcels to be delivered to them if you are not home and I had the terrible luck of mine being delivered to there. They point blank refused to look out the back for it because "there is too many parcels to look through" even though the manager of the news agency signed for it. My partner tried to sort it on the phone with them and they proceeded to scream down the phone at her and be uncooperative. I wish I could give them no stars because they don't even deserve one.

Wish I could give this place 0 star the lady was awfully rude.
Wanted to top up my myki $5, said there is a $10 minimum on card.
Last few times I went there she n the guy did it with $5 on card.
So I stood there confused n was thinking then she shoo me away n said "doesn't matter go somewhere else!"

Please avoid if you're trying to collect your GoGet smartcard. Staffer will go into a conspiracy theory rant about how AU has run out of smartcards because GoGet refuses to send them a new batch. She'll also imply GoGet is out to get you. It was a waste of time and will leave you confused.

DO NOT visit this store unless you wanna be yelled at! The male at the counter is the rudest person I've ever seen! Disgusting!

I wish I can give zero rating to this cheap place .
Really disappointed with their service. I would highly suggest not to use this agency for your delivery pick up purpose .
