Great bar with affordable beer!

They serve their locally brewed Lead Me Astray Lager (Schooner $6 / Pint $8), and we absolutely love it!

While they have a small food menu, the kitchen occasionally closes, but that's not the main attraction here!

The biggest selling point is their happy hour, running from 4 pm to 8 pm EVERYDAY!

What's not to like :)

I have celebrated a few birthdays here with friends and, quite frankly, this place is probably our new watering hole!
Bar staff are friendly. Music is great (old school mixed with new). Great lighting for photos too.

I love this place, I'd never really made it that far down South Wharf before, but now it's my favourite spot along the Wharf!
the staff are amazing, my favourite part is regular rotation of fun independent beer on tap.
the vibes are absolutely immaculate! the music feels like a more modernised Tony Hawks pro skater soundtrack (if you don't think that's amazing, you're the problem).

This spot truly deserves a special mention.

Came here for an event and it was awesome. Great vibes, great space, and very reasonable drinks prices. Totally unexpected in the south wharf area where you easily get used to being overcharged for drinks.

There I was getting driven insane by marathon shopping at DFO when I was rescued by the happy hour at The Tessie Pearl. It's a nice place with nice staff too. So all-round happiness as I recuperate from the shopping induced PTSD.

One of the best happy hours...staff are helpful, great to customers and are just plain awesome...hot bartenders..I have to slap the hubby from looking...think that's just on Dane lol

Dan's a legend, best bartender! His lemon bowl is godly. I expect my photo to be on the wall for the winning shot besides throwing every other shot. Dan's pool skills made my teamate literally poop his pants. 10 out of 10 would come here again

Bar tender is such a lovely guy! Has super cool dance moves and is great with the ladies! 5 stars!

One of the bars that doesn't get as much attention as some of the waterfront venues but that's what makes this place charming and an easy place to wind down or wind up 👍🏾 🍻

Honestly one of my favourite bars in Melbourne. Bartenders are great, always down for a chat and super friendly. Perfect atmosphere for after work drinks during the week or pre gaming on the weekend.

Sarah was by far one of the best bartenders I’ve run into! Cool vibes, pool table and music. Ambiance is cozy with hanging plants. 10/10 would go again

Stopped in on our way to a convention after party event and it was such a great experience we came back again. Sara was the bartender who assisted us, she was friendly and incredibly well poised even with the absolute mountain of glassware that had grown from all the Rotarians stopping by for happy hour. Happy hour was top notch, prosecco was tasty and the beer nice and cold!
