Sushi Jiro ELLA Melbourne Central

The food here was amazing and I got a great variety of different dishes for a good price! Love that there are hooks provided under the table for hanging your bags. Lighting is chill and music is good. Service was really friendly and good, went when it wasn’t very busy. One of my favourite places for sushi train :)

Delicious. This place never disappoints. A great variety of sushi you can’t find elsewhere. Taco sushi ones you must try! Sushi train will always be pricey no matter where in Australia, so became a norm. Can’t fault for their price. It’s a typical Japanese restaurant. Best of all, no queue at Melbourne Central. Went at 6pm.

Visited Sushi Jiro for dinner the other day because we were craving for sushi train, and this shop was located super conveniently within Melbourne Central.

Service was pretty good here. We were acknowledged and seated within 5 seconds.

Food was good and we tried a lot of different dishes from both the iPad and the sushi train. I’d say the sushi tacos were okay but not the best I’ve ever had. The Cheesy Nacho Tuna Roll was pretty interesting, good for those who like to try new fusion things.

Overall, we paid only $23 per person for all that food. Great value for money!

New sushi train in also the newly renovated eating area in Melbourne Central. Place is small but very nice ambience with the glass ceiling and projector along the wall. Selection is pretty extensive and they all are greatly executed. Not your authentic Japanese sushi experience but still better than most sushi train. Portion a little on the smaller side, perfect for quick bites or snacking in between meals.

I have been here few times. I like the variety of dishes and customer service is excellent. Compared to another branch nearby, this one is better.

Good ambiance and fresh food!

Quite small range of sushi but good enough for what you can find in Melbourne. I think they reduce the range after COVID19. From usual range $3.9 you can usually find in any sushi shops to $7.9 sashimi served on ice, not in a take away box or plate, love this place for that alone. The taste of salmon boat and aburi prawn nigiri so good it lingers after I left the shop. Spent $27 for 5 places of sushi (I ordered mostly higher priced plates) and very happy with the quality of raw fish. Definitely recommend this sushi train much better than sushi hub.

Such a great little place to take the kids and have a catch up with family. My little guy made friend with Peter at this store. Peter was very caring and playful with the kids. Wonderful atmosphere! Recommend for families.

Good variety of sushi and it all seemed pretty fresh, it tasted fine to me. The price might be a bit more expensive than the normal store I go to. The ordered sushi seemed to take a long time to arrive,I ordered a lot of things and then forgot about it until it arrived.

Nice sushi place with a pretty large range of mains and desserts of varying prices.

The sushi and sashimi are very fresh and the waiter/waitress all have amazing attitude, I even found my lost bag after two hours leaving the store. Strongly recommend

May had great customer service and was very friendly and accomodating. There was also a wide range of sushi and side dishes to choose from. One of the most affordable sushi trains in melbourne.

I went to the QV and Melbourne central.
Melbourne central sushi jiro is smaller than Qv. And various of foods at MC.
I don’t normally eat deep fried chicken at sushi Jiro. I tried chicken today, and It’s good!!! Feel like that’s Korean style chicken .
And friendly staffs , fresh ingredients!
I really recommend this sushi train restaurant 🍣🍣

Went there about there 3 weeks ago.
Super exited to dine-in in front of a sushi train again. The dishes are fresh and good value.

Super nice atmosphere and attentive staff. We got our water filled regularly. Food is fresh and all great quality for $3.90 a plate. Their gourmet and premium dishes that cost a bit more but look amazing 😍
