I've had fabulous experiences with Footscray Dental Care. Dr Tam is happy to take the time and to always explain the details on my dental care, I've never felt more informed. He does the work quickly and professionally. The health of my teeth is improving, thanks to Dr Tam, and I would happily recommend him to anyone in the area.

When l first booked with Dr Tam it was for our son and found him to be very helpful and so much positive energy. My son found it to be so relaxing and helpful . Then my hubby while we were there also booked an appointment to get his dentures done . My hubby has been there five times now and every time it’s been just amazing service and so much information to help us . My hubby just two weeks has gotten his dentures and he is so happy . But the care from Dr Tam didn’t stop he still sent messages just to check up . Hubby has been back to just fix the fitting of his dentures and again Dr Tam has been so professional and giving so much care . My hubby now smiles with confident and can eat better . We are so so happy . We highly recommended Dr Tam to all of my family and friends . I was recommended by a friend to visit Dr Tam and I am so happy I did! I visited Dr Tam for a second opinion on my wisdom tooth as I was originally told I had to go under. Dr Tam explained everything thoroughly and clearly for me. He was confident and I had complete trust in him. The process was very smooth and he consistently checked up on me after the removal. On New Year's Day, I had a significant issue when I broke my tooth. Desperate for assistance, I turned to Google and found glowing recommendations for Footscray Dental Care.
Despite my urgency, I managed to secure an emergency appointment, allowing me time only to skim through the reviews. Dr. Tam proved to be a lifesaver. He meticulously explained the potential complications, offered various solutions, discussed their feasibility and associated costs, and together, we found a suitable course of action.
Furthermore, his team exhibited exceptional warmth and efficiency, providing a seamless experience. I am immensely grateful for their expertise and care, and I wholeheartedly endorse them for anyone needing dental services in the best atmosphere.

Saw Tam first time today. I was recommended a root canal by other dentist but Tam removed the infection and the rest, and suggested i see a specialist if that doesn't fix the problem. With his knowledge, I m sure he can perform the RC treatment but instead he wants me to see a specialist. He was very upfront, explainatory and ver reasonably priced and best of all pain free. Keep up with the quality service. Definitely returning, even with family members

I saw Dr. Tam for a second opinion. He gave clear, sound and considered advice and treated my issue appropriately with no problems following the treatment. Dr Tam explained to me that his approach is conservative and only intervenes/drills tooth when necessary. His fees are reasonable and affordable compared to the previous Footscray practice I saw who suggested more drastic treatment. Dr Tam and staff came across as trustworthy with a genuine care for oral health. I would continue to attend this clinic in the future.

Dr Tam and his team were absolutely lovely. He fitted me for an emergency treatment and took the time to explain what he recommended. The pricing was very reasonable as well. 6 stars.

Great Dentist Dr Tam, great service provided, professional, helpful, friendly, and pricing is affordable and reasonable. This is where I go now for all dental check ups, sore teeth and anything else with my teeth, I won't go anywhere else.

Came to Tam for my wisdom tooth extraction. Not only was the procedure surprisingly affordable, but Tam’s meticulous care and attention made me feel at ease throughout. Grateful for a skilled dentist who values both quality and affordability. Highly recommend!

He is very professional and experienced who explained clearly everything and what we needed and the cost before he proceeded. More of my family will come to see him soon when their next check up due and I will definitely come again.

Footscray Dental Care really is one of the best dental practices I have ever attended. There is none of the upselling, the confusing terminology, the shaming that you can get in other practices around town (& in Footscray!!). This is a genuine family business that does excellent work. I really appreciated the way Dr Tam talked through the entire procedure, got consent to proceed with any next steps, including being upfront and transparent about costs.

I had such a positive experience getting a broken tooth repaired, that I ended up booking in for two additional appointments - a full assessment & clean PLUS got two fillings that I needed (but had been ignoring).

I went into the dentist extremely nervous but Dr. Tam was super nice and non-judgemental throughout the appointment, I would feel confident to go back :)

Dr Tam provides a reasonable service at a reasonable price. He charges a minimal fee for a scale and clean and this is important. It allows people with periodontal disease to get on top of the problem and basically cure it. All in all I have been extremely happy with this dentist. He is attentive, knowledgeable and courteous.
