Shopped there a while back for a gift, and I had to exchange the shoes for a different size: amazing customer service during the process. Easy, friendly and only too keen to help.

Also just shopped there for myself a year later and the service standard has not wavered.

Special mention to Dante: a legend of a staff member, Timberland! Look after him!

I indeed do recommend this fine establishment.

Had been to 4 other shoe stores prior and was barely even acknowledged by the staff that had no other customers, Thea by comparison immediately gave me a warm friendly hello and her service beyond that only got better. 12/10 will shop here again, I wish all retail staff were this helpful!

busy timbo store. the lady who served us was super helpful as we tried many pairs between us and she was helping other people too. if you haven't bought a pair before I recommend trying them on first to see what feels good.

Went here before because i needed socks for my timberland boots i was impressed when I walked in wonderful staff the footwear i saw amazing i will be definitely buy myself a decent pair of shoes from there i brought under armour trainers for $220 in 2 and half months worn out will buy myself some trainers from here

Great shop with excellent service,
I bought a pair of Timbaland Horween Football Signature boots and there was a slight crack in the leather, took them back in 3 months later and there was no issue in replacing them, great service all round.
