A very underrated spot for good authentic pho. Great options on the menu to choose from. Particularly love the pho ga - the broth is refreshing and well seasoned but not overly salty. Spring rolls are also great. Food is quick to arrive. Would recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a quick pho fix!

I like the flavour of noodle soup here, not too strong not too light. Moreover, they offers garlic vinegar which stimulates the taste of broth, sweet and sour at the same time. The restaurant decoration is also very unique and colourful, hope it will be more popular and serve the local community well.

Best northern vietnamese pho in the West. For best experience, please eat it with their pickle garlic, their chilli sauce, hoi sin sauce and fresh cut chilli in stand alone saucer. Just dip with the sauce with meat and a slice of pickle garlic. Do not mix them with the soup otherwise you can't taste the original flavour of the soup.

Food is great, authentic Pho. I'm Vietnamese and I'm picky, but their pho still satisfied me. They have a good variety of Pho, too. Tried their Vietnamese coffee, nice but not outstanding. Service is good, staff are friendly. Shop is clean with modest decoration. Plenty of carpark in front of the restaurant, which is great. My husband is Indian and he had their Pho at least once a week for 2 months straight. He loved it.

Had lunch here today with family of 5. The large combo pho with beef is so awesome we will come back for more. The vermicelli with stew pork hock is a huge portion, but could be too strong for some. The meat is tender and melts in the mouth. I love the spare ribs congee too, but the pho is the best!

The chairs here are great colours (some matched the slightly slanted wall) , and there are lots of them. The pho was delicious and plentiful.
I sat at table 10 where there was a clear view of an illustration of the meat I had in my soup. Enjoyable authentic atmosphere 👌🏽

Clean, great broth, friendly staff so what else do you need? Also not sure why no one mentioned the beef ribs pho, it was amazing, soft and tender rib with noodles. Ohh the coffee is great too :)

This is our local and we love it! They have some really interesting alternatives to pho, like the beef stew with rice noodles - so much slow cooked tender meat, great on a cold night - and the vermicelli with meat balls which has great flavours and textures. I’ve never seen either dish elsewhere. It’s also spacious, clean l, quick and I love that it’s open for a late breakfast. My boyfriend is also a huge fan of the wild rice and yogurt dessert.

Quite ordinary place with good tasty pho served generously in Medium sized bowl. Good friendly service, clean, welcoming ambience and reasonably priced. no hesitatin to recommend here. Will definitely be back when I visit Melbourne again.

Once you try this place it actually makes sense why they call it "the original pho", every taste is there in its own right, not just some ready made store sauce. Very delicious! The menu even has options not available everywhere, like young eggs! Finally the staff give excellent service! What more could you want? Go and try for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Good tasting pho with fresh ingredients. They claim in big signs to have the most authentic pho. It's as good as the best pho I've tasted at any other Vietnamese pho restaurant. The menu is quite limited, which in my opinion is good. Stick to what you do well. 5 stars for the food and the service here.

I've frequented phở Sắc at least once every month since they opened in early 2020, and I only see improvements. I especially love their noodle strings which is silky smooth and hold their elasticity very well long after being submerged in hot soup! Can't see this anywhere else (yet).

Their signature dish, which is stir fried beef noodle (tái lăn), only pales when compare to that of phở Thìn, and I say this as a compliment. The condiments making up the true soul of northern phở are all available: chilli sauce (tương bắc), Vietnamese donut (quẩy), and garlic vinegar (giấm tỏi). They substitutes your crave for northern phở quite well should it come. And their chicken noodle is just great!

Service-wise, the quality of the waiting staff fluctuates sometimes, but they seemed to be trained well in general, and were nice at least for the many times I visited. If you're not happy with something about your order, I've seen the cooks went far out of their way to fix a small mistake. It shows they take pride in what they do.

I generally enjoy the experience of going here for a bowl of phở in the morning. Lots of parking spaces, easy to access from south rd with very little traffic, good lighting, decent cà phê sữa đá...all making up a great start of your day.

Better than expected. I had rare beef Northern viet noodle soup, big portion for a medium size. They even offered to cook the beansprout, also picked herbs which means you don’t need to use your hand. Very detailed. Cute waiter and waitress :D

New place to go to when I need a Pho North style. Bye Pho Thin lol

Delicious Pho Ga and spring rolls. The medium bowl was enormous and far too much for me to finish, but my partner had no problems polishing off the medium combo beef pho.

If you miss the flavour of Hanoi Pho it's absolutely the best choice for you that you can not find in another place in Melbourne. I really like the unique style here when all other restaurants in Melbourne is Pho from the South whereas Pho Sac tries to keep the culture of the North, especially Hanoi.
