Always lovely and clean and the staff are usually pleasant to deal with.

Really, if you've been to one Coles store, you've been to them all. A pleasure to shop at, but it does come at a premium.

If you're looking to stretch your shopping dollar further, Aldi is the cheapest by a long shot, followed by Woolworths. If you're looking for a top end shopping experience, then you can't go past Coles.

Polite staff, well stocked. Tuesday's 10:30-11:30 quiet hour works well, albeit fairly busy for other people benefitting from quiet hour. Would be good if quiet hours were extended and/or ordered multiple days.

The new checkouts are great! Very easy to use, plus there were MULTIPLE staff members around to help. It’s a great store.
I’m guessing a lot of these reviews have come from the media and not from actual customers at this store. If you’re so unhappy with it then go down the road to sunshine….

Been shopping here my entire life. While yes it is somewhat small, it's still big enough to have a huge variety of items and great products for a reasonable price. More often than not, the staff there are great but you'll sometimes encounter someone a little less enthusiastic or helpful than the regular employee. It does appear a little understaffed, but so far it's still managing perfectly!

I especially love the festive time decorations and items, as it blasts me with nostalgia and the decorations just look fantastic. Customer service is actually very good, checkouts are quick, and if they've run out of stock they'll always check storage for you to make sure you get the product you ask for. Their bread is awesome but it runs out quick, as you'd expect from beautiful stone baked bread. It's also very convenient and close to my area.

I recommend if you're passing by, as the complex also includes an Aldi, a Sushi Sushi, a handful of clothes shops, foreign food shops like Asian stores, and a wonderful fruit/veggie store. Plus a bakery and phone repair service, butcher, fish store and so much more!

Quiet and peaceful area so naturally quiet and peaceful ✌ except the fruit market which is bustling

Great selection of nuts from the dispenser, at first they were hard to find since they are usually in the second isle but these ones were in front of the fruit and vegetable section. Regardless, good specials and friendly staff. Would recommend stoping by if you're going for a weekend trip further out west.

I have to say the team in your branch is great. Lovely older ladies like Lidiya and another lady which name I haven’t noticed are always really helpful and super friendly .
I love the layout of the store, however I miss the deli :(.

Shout out to Caterina tonight had to do a work shop at peak hour and she never once complained of the amount if items and was do helpful from the word go unlike other experiences where they get annoyed

My favourite supermarket. Have been a customer for years. All the staff I encountered are helpful and accommodate me whenever I have queries. I don't think I'll change my supermarket of choice.

Was very surprised to find this site so well organised and stocked. Staff were also helpful and friendly. As far as Coles goes this is definitely one of the good stores. Still able to find everything I need and a decent variety to choose from.

Never been inside but the coffee shop at the front is excellent.

I had the best customer service experience name Shelley this morning. Being 30 weeks pregnant, she had taken my heavy coles basket out of my hands kindly and served me immediately at the counter, taking that extra initiative was very surprising . I was also offered a coles trolley by Shelley after serving me at the counter seeing that it would make things at ease being pregnant. She went above and beyond to serve her customers and I am truly amazed for her kindness, friendly approach and the amazing initiative in her work. This really made my day. Thank you Shelley! :)

I love the self service I go at my own pace not being rushed and most times the people who serve you don't even talk not even a hello so what happened to being polite to the customer or did that just go out the window

All coles stores have the same product the shelves well stacked with a great variety prices for average trolleys with clean as well as the store

This is a great store with very friendly staff. Had a very pleasant experience with a young lady of African decent. Well done Coles for choosing great people for your team!
