Went while on holiday purchased 3 shirts, wish I had bought more! Great quality and very reasonable. Presently trying to find their contact details to purchase more. Quite the opposite to the above I found the lady helpful and pleasant.

CUSTOMER SERVICE. The man working on 15/4 was incredibly helpful. He saw me struggle to tie up my tie and put cuff links in and offered his assistance which was really appreciated. This was after the purchase and something he did not need to do. I received compliments on both and they were great value for money too $

Abrasive staff and low quality products

Don't even bother going in there. Terrible staff lady on 21/01. Went to confirm a price of a shirt I got off a $15 rack, says $15 with an angry expression! Hands over the bag to me without even looking up. A smile or simple human decency wouldn't harm.

Terrible. Staff can't speak English at all, which wouldn't be a problem if they weren't so rude and unhelpful. I was going to buy 2 pairs of pants but had to walk out as the saleswoman was just awful. Will never return

The worst possible customer service ever I have faced in Australia. The guy working there would talk as if he was doing me a favor. He would not even tell his manager's name and made me wait for half an hour saying his manager would come but he never came. The worst experience ever and this RETARD should be kicked out !!
