Best daan tat (egg custard tart) in Melbourne! Fresh out of the oven, the custard melts in the mouth and the pastry is the most layered (counted at least 10), flaky, delicate ever. Note: not on menu, only noticed an advertisement for it, maybe a collab

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, ordering the same two drinks (Lime winter melon tea with pearls & Winter melon tea with herbal jelly and pearls)

Despite some of the negative reviews from people who probably don’t come regularly. I can honestly say this place is underrated.

I come here 2-3 times a week, the consistency in every drink I order is damn near perfect. Exact same taste, super soft pearls regardless of whether I was served in the middle of the day or towards the end of day.

Sometimes the service can be slow due to having one staff but its a small price to pay for a quality bbt. Shout out to the guy serving us at 8-9pm, he’s always friendly and cheery.

Small bubble tea kiosk. The teas were good, however lots of them too sweet. The Portugese tart was really soft and yummy.

They are good and friendly staff and many options in the menu

Second time here. This time round we had Brown sugar bubble & tofu pudding and Classic Creamy Bubble Milk. Tofu pudding is so so, taste is average. Bubble is chewy. Worth a try if you havent already.

昨天在这里买了一杯黑糖鲜奶带回家喝，感觉一口入口感觉奶像掺了水的，多喝几口发现可能用的是脱脂牛奶？奶的醇度不是很足。

这家我是慕名而来的，但是感觉质量没有我想象中的那么惊艳。珍珠粘性很足但是不粘牙，弹性也还好，但是没有怎么喝到黑糖的味道。前台小哥还算礼貌一点，比一些奶茶店的服务态度要好。

Teas ok. But the staff Asian male with glasses was unhygienic, he put his fingers inside his nose. Then prepared my drink. Ew

The staff's attitude tells me they lack motivation to work, aren't suited for the service industry, and have no interest in serving non Chinese speaking customers.

The Caulfield outlet is by leaps and bounds better in terms of customer experience and atmosphere than the Box Hill branch. Ultimately, the rude staff has affected how things taste.

Given the sheer number of boba shops in Box Hill and how quiet the shop was, they need to up their game if they want to stay relevant. Perhaps Truedan Box Hill has already given up and are preparing to exit the market. Will they suffer the same fate as the CBD store?

Worst hotmilk tea I have ever tried.

I ordered hot milk tea, first they gave me luke warm milky water, and I told them that it is not hot, they just microwave'd it. Never going to that shop again!!!

They always say milky thai style tea is 'sold out' but they have never had it even early in the morning. Waste of time.
Maybe put up a sign if you don't have the things you advertise?

edit: The staff 'explained' nothing, they just rudely said "no sold out". If the only decent drink on your menu is permanently unavailable, perhaps take it off the menu?
This is why you failed in the CBD and had to change your name.

Truedan is always my favourite but it's my third time at Box hills store. Every time was bad. The city store inside casino is 100 time better

点了新品黑糖珍珠豆花，要了温的，喝到是凉的。第一口被黑糖糊住嗓子，之后喝到的都是水的味道。想象一下珍珠配水喝的感觉，避雷。
