An amazing country Victoria bakery. Been here a number of times and the standard out today was the coffee scroll fresh out of the oven. Well all of the treats were delightful. Love it.

Lovely Bakery, has been a must stop when I am traveling past. Best Apple Cakes in Victoria. (I have even done 5hr round trips to pick them up for my partner before) Yesterday I spied some very good looking hot cross buns that did not disappoint which is a big deal as I usually wont buy them as commercial ones are seldom any good. Highly Recommended Bakery

On way home to Rushworth after the Daylesford Sunday Market I pass by this outstanding bakery! I thoroughly enjoyed the 🥇cauliflower pie and their 🥇cheese and salad sourdough sandwich! Matched with a soy fat white. All terrific! Staff are friendly and give free smiles freely ⭐! One of the best bakeries I have found in Victoria. Their next door garden oasis is stunning in its karma. Will devote more time to chill out here and have walk around the botanical gardens / lake nearby! 🙏👍❤🥇⭐👌😃

A welcome rest spot. Malmsbury is one of my favorite place to be. We had pies which were very tasty with tender chucks of meat and pastry was perfect. We took home a spinach, tomato and feta quiche which is very generous in size. Based on a previous review we also grabbed an olive loaf which was amazing but a little small. Surprisingly they sell Eccles cakes which made me happy! We will definitely return in the near future.

A small treasure of a cafe bakery in Malmsbury. Beautiful courtyard garden in the shade with lots of outdoor seating available. Our dog was allowed with us outside too which was great! The coffee and pies were great and the table service was very friendly.

You should visit and get their carrot cake when you’re in Malmsbury!

What a find this great bakery was on our way home yesterday. Such a choice of everything from delicious pies, cakes, slices, tarts, bread & loaves. Brought home the best ever egg custard tart also fruit loaf & potato/rosemary loaf. My curry pie & husbands pie with a mix of mince & chunky pieces would be hard to beat.Added bonus is they have areas for all types of weather to be comfortable eating on or out at with a dear little botanical gardens 3 minutes walk from the Bakery. Girls serving were all so lovely too. Credit to the area.

This bakery in small pretty town Malmsbury serves delicious pies, baguettes and coffee, fresh cakes and bread. Well worth a stop if you're driving through or having a picnic at Malmsbury Botanical Gardens.

Delicious pies, baguettes and coffee and a decent range of fresh cakes and bread. Gorgeous outdoor sitting area is especially lovely in summer but each seat has its own crocheted blanket if you want to sit outside in the colder months. Well worth a stop if you're driving through (take some cold pies home with you, they freeze beautifully!)

A beautiful country Bakery with an amazi g courtyard, delicious food and assortment of homemade produce. Friendly staff and easy parking make this a must when travelling between Melbourne and Bendigo

A Sunday drive in the country on a beautiful spring day. We chose Malmsbury as our destination. Just over an hour from Melbourne in the northwest. It's so important to support our small country towns. We'd looked up the best country bakeries and decided on The MalmsburyBakery Cafe. We've never been there before, and we weren't disappointed. Yummy pies and great coffee! Seating inside or in a beautiful garden setting.
We usually buy a loaf of bread on visiting country bakeries to enjoy at home. This time, we bought their fruit loaf. Highly recommend it!
We'd got there just as their market stalls across from the bakery were packing up. So we recommend getting there before 1pm if you love wandering through the markets. I'm just not sure if the markets are there every Sunday. You'd need to research that. We suggest getting out to begin exploring our beautiful small Victorian country towns and especially their bakeries!

Their pies are awesome (really, they are). I've eaten a tonne of pies around Australia and I honestly haven't been impressed with any of them in the last 10 years, until now. Generous size, very nice pastry, real chunks of beef, not just full of gravy and fat like everyone elses. Can't comment on other food or coffee etc, I didn't have any.

What a quaint place. The food options is varied and the bread scrumptious. The potatoes and Rosemary sliced loaf is beautiful. The outside eating area is so peaceful with huge tree canopies, brick paved walking areas and solar powered fairy lights which make dining there just magical. Why wouldn't you dine there. It was farmers market day so we even had music entertainment from the Kyneton Street Band.
