Absolutely fantastic. It’s usually quite tricky to find right size for my shoes, but Shirley (that’s name on my recipe. I should have asked her name) made this experience exceptionally good. Thank you so much for the team and Shirley, and I will definitely visit again here. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellence service.

I visited here on 5 July, 19:30PM. There were 2 staffs there - a woman with curly hair & a man with short blond hair - and they were SUPER kind ! I should've asked their name ;) THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! I strongly recommend you guys to get Vans items here. Thank you for your service-!!

I would rate 10 stars if I could! Just brought from Vans and I received exceptional and categorically stunning customer service from Maddy! I casually stopped-by to browse their collection and was mind blown by the customer service. I don’t know the name but the miss at the store was incredibly friendly and assisted me proactively although it was close to the closing time. I didn’t feel the pressure.

It’s been a long time since I experienced this type of customer service and I ended up getting a good pair which was on sale.

She deserves a praise and a hike. Thank you.

Absolute chiefs. Ordered for click and collect under someone else’s name for them to pick up, when I checked them it was two shoes from two different lines so I called em’, explained what happened and why I did click and collect (I couldn’t collect because I needed them for surgery recovery) and Lee, the absolute legend, rode out on their scooter to swap them out, even after I admitted I messed up as well and picked the wrong size.

Obviously don’t expect them to randomly do that for you and know that this was an exception. If you call up and ask them to deliver your click and collect ‘because this one reviewer on Google said you did it for them’ they’ll (rightly) tell you to kick rocks.

But I’m so goddam glad they did and should be solid proof they’re a bunch of top notch folks, mistakes happen, we all do them, but it’s how you deal with them that shows your true character.

This is honestly my absolute favourite shop to get clothes, shoes, etc. Amazing customer service from everyone who has served me there I was served by Ethan today and he was very friendly!

I rarely write reviews but, today I was served by an absolute gem by the name of Sarah. I tried multiple stores to try an find some shoes but everyone seemed to be out of size 13’s. Sarah was helpful right of the bat helping me with size and trying to find the style and colour I was after(old school style in black and white). After patiently helping me try multiple shoes and check multiple stores to no avail, she remembered one other model - a slightly more skate-style shoe. I tried these on and immediately put them on the counter. Could not have been happier. Thanks for your help Sarah, you deserve way more recognition then what I think you get.

Alice at Vans Melbourne Central served and saved me. A well dressed young lady (had vans on) who knew her styles, and didn't have the shoe I was looking for but continuously problem solved until I had my next preference. She showed genuine interest in me and my friend who I was with, and looked after me from the minute I walked in until I left, with a lovely smile. Would recommend a genuinely nice retail experience being served by this sweet salesperson!

A gentleman that worked here was super friendly and helpful. He helped me pick the right size for me even though he knew I wasn't purchasing a shoe that day! Very helpful, thank you so much!

Fantastic service yesterday, the guys were very helpful.

I wanted a fresh pair of classic black vans, they had a pair, I purchased it. There were other, lesser shoes, with different colors, some had special insoles. The staff were helpful in bringing the shoes I desired, one of them did the thing where he touched the top of my foot to see if my toes were in the right place. They were. No one tried to sell me anything that were not classic black vans, I appreciated this.

Little shop big on customer service. Chilled and welcoming, they laced up a few different styles and sizes to get the right fit. They had 13US stock as well which is appreciated.

Best customer service at a shoe store!! Staff acknowledge you and try their best to help you with what you need. Great job guys!!
