ANZ Branch Kyneton

Changed homeloan over to ANZ and openened up a personal account. The staff were so friendly and Anabela was so helpful with the transition l couldnt thank her enough. Glad l changed banks.

Friendly staff who give smiling service

Went in to get a bank check made out. Fast friendly. Great service. Too easy.

Terrible looking place no investment going into this branch, team culture missing and leadership disgusting. Compliments to the one teller that works hard all day, they only got one teller doing the lines. You can always hear other people in the branch behind scenes but where are they? Nobody else outside assisting customers but this one poor teller all by herself copping it from everyone because no leadership coming out to help during busy service periods. Shocking culture, shame on you ANZ. Look around all the banks have technology in place but not this branch. Compliments to the one teller that works there day in day out. So sad to see such bad leadership. Management recently changed here and boy do they have attitude it's disgusting and shameful. One would think after a pandemic they would have adapted or learned something about themselves. You walk in here and it's like your an inconvenience every time. Shocking place!

Saw the reviews here but thought it couldn’t be that bad, but it was. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing on the most basic tasks.

Really bad service. Go another branch or another bank.

Ordered my bank statement they promised to email me the verry next day it's been a week now didn't get a call and didn't get email verry bad customer service

Try another branch. That has staff and stays open during business hours.
