Hertz Car Rental - Albury Airport

As a third time returning customer I was recognised and greeted by the same friendly staff member. My vehicle was ready to go, and they had me underway in minimal time and with zero fuss. The vehicles I have rented have all been recent and well presented. I am very happy with the service level Hertz Albury offers.

ANGUS was literally awesome to deal with. Funny, witty and downright accommodating. Angus and I had an amazing conversation over the phone and he absolutely went above and beyond to ensure a vehicle could be booked.

Hertz needs more Angus’s but there’s only 1 and he’s in Albury. :)

From the moment I booked in the car for my Christmas trip it was smooth, simple and I received amazing service.

I was a little concerned about whether the office would still be open when my plane landed so I called a few days earlier to check how I would get on. Angus told me no problems someone would be there waiting and sure enough when I got there at about 8pm a lovely lady was there to hand over the keys, give me tips on where to go in Albury and also let me know all the details about insurance etc. All of this made me at ease.

The car was stunning, almost new, drove like a dream, probably the best hire car Ive ever had. When I dropped the car off it was so simple and returned the keys to a smiling team member and I was on my way.

I really appreciate the entire team making sure the whole process was so easy and will always use Hertz whenever I need a hire car.

Shout out to Angus’ great customer service and help!!! He’s a champion. He literally helped me solve the problem which was not supposed to be his job, made my life much easier.

train station and taken to the office to pick up our hire car. The service from the reception staff was exceptional. To top it of, being dropped back at the station when we returned the car. When next in a

The place to get your hire car!
We recently used Hertz car rental Albury over the 2021 Xmas break. Driving from Sydney to Victoria our Land Rover over heated and left us in the side of the road with no way to make it to Xmas. We called Hertz from the side of the road and they were so helpful by the time we made it into town they had a car ready and we repack and were out the gates in minimal time. They even held onto our over heated car until the tow truck turned up. You saved our family Xmas thank you.

Solid set of cars, very friendly and efficient. Don’t worry about their opening hours on Google, they’ll flex them as necessary to cater for late flights etc.

The lady on reception was very kind, efficient and helpful. She answered all our questions clearly and did everything she could to get the cost down, ultimately knocking $50 off the original cost.
