Honestly, I wish I could give more than 2 stars, but my final 12 months with TSA until I resigned were a nightmare.

I was a part of what is now a rather large campaign, but in the beginning, it was small. Team Leads had respect, and Team Members respected their leads. However, since expansion and hiring massive numbers, this specific campaign has become led by inept senior operations managers, team leads who are ill equipped to lead, and aggressive micromanaging .

My specific TL had wanted me gone for at least 9 months or so since the birth of my first child where in which upon my return to work I was subjected to a performance review of the duration of my parental leave and the following month. This led to increasing stress not only for me but also for my wife and infant. Dad guilt was driving me mad. Then, prior to moving to a new role, I was placed on a management plan for actions that weren't mine. My role was to support staff and not do their jobs for them. TSA is lucky I didn't escalate this via fair work for discrimination because, under definition, this is how I was treated as a first-time dad.

Aside from all the negativity of the last 12 months overall, TSA is a good place to work if the campaign is small and the TLs are approachable.

As a former employee of TSA Burwood I would give them a 0 if I could. Extremely unprofessional workplace culture lead by 20-26 yr old drunk boys who care more about letting their "team" of 20 something ADULTS know about how inebriated they got over the weekend than actually helping their vulnerable clients. Entertaining yes, until the entertainment turns into the mockery of vulnerable clients in the team chats. Completely unrealistic expectations when it comes to skill and work levels, immediately after going through 2 weeks of mid level training, with 2 instuctors per 35 people. Meeting all team leaders for the first time, you immediately realise the level of immaturity you're dealing with, and borderline misogyny. The best part of the job was the training instructors and SME help.

With one star I am being very generous. Like others I am continually being harassed. They call, I can hear converations in the background but do not speak when answered or they hang up when answered. They obviously make numerous calls at the same time and treat potential customers like 2nd class citizens. To their credit they do not hide the number they call from which assisted in identifying this mob.
My number is on the do not call register, a fact they do not respect. I have contacted them to ask why they do not respect the do not call register, their response advise my details and I will be unsubscribed. I did not subscribe in the first place. I certainly am not going to give them any more information. Next stop Telstra (they claim to act on behalf of Telstra) the Telecom Ombusdman, Australian Direct Marketing Association and any one else I can think of.

I have recieved a single call then the consultant hangs up. This has happened three times. Yesterday I waited on hold for one hour and 27 minutes before giving up. Clearly the call centre is logs the calls without wanting to speak with me. Useless service

The worst phone spamming telemarketing company. Relentlessly calling on behalf of Telstra whilst you are at work and trying to do a real job and just leaves you irate. Call Telstra and ask to be removed from the list.

This is a SCAM company that deceives you in to believeing you are dealing with Telstra and then the sales peopel lie about the conditions. Once you sign up they will tell you that the conditions are different.

Of course because the sales people tell you this over the phone before you do a voice recording then you do not have a leg to stand on. I have reported them to the Ombudsman.

Extremely aggressive and annoying telemarketers, claimed they had the right to call me because they were acting on behalf of Telstra (who I am a customer of), yet refused to acknowledge that this was a marketing call and told me that they could not remove my number from their calling list.
