Failed to meet ETAs but quickly rectified the issues.
Advised late November 2021 that some books would be available and others would be available late December 2021 but as at 10/1/21 no books and no communication / updates were received. This is despite other suppliers having the books all in stock.

Wrote an email of complaint and a response was received the next working day with a commitment that the books would arrive shortly as all outstanding books were now in stock. Within 24 hours of lodging my complaint, the outstanding books were received. OUTSTANDING customer service and resolution.

I love this shop. Good old fashioned service with a smile. An amazing honest retailer that provides the best customer service according to the customer requirements. I didn't ask for a second hand book today but I was given the option as it was available and it saved me good money. I will be a returning customer and recommend you to all. Thank you

What can I say, I was very impressed with the service and organisation of the staff. Who might I add were all young teenagers, who were better than the majority of adults. They had over 6 counters all working and serving customers as they came to the door. Keep up the good work guys, I know where I'll be going to get my kids school books as they are needed.

Easy service and not busy. Some books were out so had to order. Parking was an issue as shopping strip is quiet small.

Didn't have to wait long in the que. Follow all covid procedures so felt safe. Customer service by the lovely lady was wonderful.

Got books for my daughters here. I went here when i was a kid. Place did not change in almost 25 years. Love it!
