Great little op shop with the best window display, I always stop and take a look when I pass by. Some really great buys with friendly helpful staff.

Found some lovely items at this shop - made my day when I cam across a slide-rule similar to one my father used in the day. Great staff, clean and great stuff for a good cause - good job ladies.

I visited today at 1245 and it was closed. Will have to try again another day. I wasn't the only one either, saw a couple trying to enter as well and no indication that it would be closed today.

When I first got my foster children through a crazy family situation. I was already a single mother of one that I had when I was 19 and homeless, and then with the foster kids(one was still a baby) I became a single mother of four over night. I had been given some vouches to go with my kids to pick some clothes, they picked out roughly 4 items each, me being careful to be grateful and not go over board.

We were followed/stalked around the store, at one point even a lady saying to me, oh that dress will not be included in the clothing items as they had priced it at $50. I was honestly just having a look. But quickly put it back when she said that.

Then when we got to the register, she was adding up each item with a grumpy angry look on her face, I asked her what was the matter and she said that I was not really in desperate need for clothes and they usually help homeless people ect who actually really need the clothes and don’t even have a jacket for the winter.

My kids and I were almost in tears. My heart was broken.
I tried to give it allllll back and just leave saying how much she had upset my poor foster children who have already gone through so much. In this moment she realised just how horrible she was being and said no please take the clothes and she was sorry and I had taken her the wrong way 🤨. I said the damage had already been done and she needs to get a new job as her heart obviously is not in it anymore. And I don’t see her taking on any foster kids full time. I also spent $40 of my own cash at the register buying the kids little necklaces and things to try save the experience for them.

We donated the clothes back in their donation bin the next day, we felt so bad and like the clothes would now only remind us of this horrible experience.

I’m a local and EVERY TIME I drive past I remember the horrible experience. It’s been 3 years and I’ll never forget such horrible treatment in one of the hardest times in my life.

I bought a small vase yesterday and asked if I could pay for it and pick it up today as I had walked to the shops and couldn’t carry it home...the lady who served me said this would be ok, I left my name and number and then today I received a call from a different lady pestering me to come and collect it (I hadn’t had a chance to get away from work yet) because they don’t normally ‘hold things’...I told her I had paid for the item and that I would come by as soon as possible, I was then told that there was no note that I had paid...when I came into the shop I was asked to pay for this vase yet again...I could not be bothered arguing seeing as it was $2 so I did pay for it A SECOND TIME, although I won’t be coming back what rude and unprofessional behaviour of BOTH these staff members it’s the principle that I was considered to be dishonest over $2 and I am less than impressed!! Terrible service
