Shell Coles Express Richmond

Ive been living a few doors down from this service station for 3 years. I haven’t felt as comfortable and greeted by staff at a petrol station before in my life! They ask you how your day is going, make sure your needs are met, and are just generally nice people. I’ll call out one special Caucasian 30 year old man who every time has made me feel at home and very welcomed here, he goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need, and goes above and beyond!

We love these guys.

My phone died and the trains weren’t running as it was Sunday. I was by myself and a long way from home. I went to this servo and Krishna was outstanding - a lovely guy who helped me call a cab and even offered to Uber me home. Kind people and actions like this need praise. Thank you.

Visiting this Coles Express of a morning is a delight. The coles coffee is actually the best I've had from a manufactured type machine. Staff are friendly and always up for a chat. Love it!

Me and my partner have lived near by for a long time now and i can't express enough how kind these guys are that work here. I guess i'm writing on here as more of a thank you to you lovely fellas! Best servo ever

First time I saw bubbles in the window cleaning bucket and toilets were clean.
Last stop before the tollway and staff was very polite.

Just went here and I was served by the most lovley Indian man. He was so happy and it was awesome customer service. I will definetly be back!
