Pioneer Park

Quite an equipment packed park, with sandpits, flying foxes, climbing equipment for different ages, alongside slides, swings and playground equipment. Located not too far from the nearby train station, and fully fenced away from the road and nearby dog park.

What a great park! Flying fox, slides, sandpits, a play kitchen, 4 seater see-saw. It's sure to be a hit for the kids. Just come early if you want to secure an undercover barbecue or seat as there are usually parties for kids being held here. But there is plenty of room on the grass to spread out when required. Two toilets are on site as well. Plus the whole park is fully fenced so the kids can't wander off. Please note, no dogs are allowed inside, but there is a dog park about 100m up the road.

Always well maintained, Pioneer Park is a great place to take the little ones.

Plenty of parking and one great thing is that the whole area is gated so it's really safe for the kids.

A great fun place for the kids to run off steam. A large lawn area is also great for ball games. The equipment is clean and well maintained. This offers a wide range of activities for varied skill levels from standard swings to flying fox. The toilet block is clean and a water station accompanies the undercover picnic tables.

Best place to have a party for your kids & its great to bring your gifted children, as this place is huge & locked fence, so parents or carers can chill (luv that). I bring 6 of my kids here age 13 down to 5yrs old.

A much loved park. It is popular with family gatherings and is safely fenced with toilets within the fence line. Lots of seating, shelter, play equipment. Wheelchair ride too.

Great place for families, heaps of play amenities, very good dog park next door, go there on a regular basis.

This is a great playground for kid's and the amenities are great. Plenty of parking and undercover areas. Great for a packed lunch or use the clean free bbqs. Lots of different play equipment to keep the little ones amused.

Good range of playground equipment and bbq facilities. Great for parties and family events.

Modern clean play equipment. Soft fall and shade is great. Love the community herb garden approach. Drinking water, BBQ undercover and toilets all good.

Great inclusive park with ramps and full harness, seated flying fox. Fully enclosed with ample parking. Lots to touch, smell, listen and look at, with "conversation boards" to allow children of all abilities to interact through pointing to pictures. Auslan alphabet tiles throughout the equipment promotes inclusiveness and learning.

There were more babies than expected, but they seemed like a chill crowd, no fights or anything. The "no dogs allowed" sign is blatant discrimination. Dogs are no more dangerous than babies given time.

My family had an awesome time at this park! It was a one off visit but would definitely stop in again if we passed by! Love the herb and veggie gardens. Awesome job 👏

The kids absolutely love this park. Great bbq facilities and toilets.
