Pretty good motel, good location and good price. Friendly staff. Walked in to the room smells clean. Don’t know what other reviews are talking about, I like it. It looks a bit old but everything is functional and clean. Worth the money. Definitely will come again.

I honestly don't understand the reviews on this place ,it's cheap to stay here stay here ...so you get what you pay for ...I was with my two friends ,we booked a room here since it was booked out everywhere in Phillip island, honestly our room was clean and the it was well equipped with kitchen stuff😁 easiest check in and check out. Loved it

Awesome place to stay, very close to the beach and plenty of cool restaurants nearby! And once you cross the bridge, you are in Phillip Island
