Great product range, as well as electrical they offer original handmade home decor. It's the perfect place to get unique gifts that you just wont see anywhere else and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

Purchased a tv in Boonah today great price -delivered to Beaudesert today and fantastic friendly and efficient service from the female staff member. We will be going back there when the need arises.

I didn't actually go there, but called on Boxing Day when they were closed, but I did get a very friendly call at 8.30am the next day offering service.
I honestly thought quality service was a dying thing, but Bi-Rite Boonah still have plenty.

I bought a heater as I’m camping at the Showgrounds and it is getting cold. The young man who served me was knowledgeable in his product and had lovely customer service. From walking into the store to leaving he was lovely, I hope he receives the praise he deserves for his service to me on this day as it was exemplary and not found often anymore.
