Boonah Motel

Phone ahead for the best deal, lovely staff. The room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Glad we stayed there.

My family needed a location to launch early for the Gold Coast air show. From the initial phone check in to our arrival it was spot on. The rooms were not 5 star BUT they were comfortable, clean and amazingly quiet. Our group of of seven needed an evening meal and one of the local pubs was a comfortable walk from the Motel. Boonah Motel ticked all the boxes and we will stay there again. The beautiful cat in reception was the icing on a tasty cake.

This is our second stay at the Boonah Motel. A wonderful place to stay. Beds are excellent to sleep on. Rooms are in great condition. We will be back next year.

because we were stranded without accommodation and the lady was kind enough to wait half an hour for us to come there even though she was about close up and leave. Room was fine, it was an adventure! we got a toilet and a fan :-) slept well.

Very clean, dust free (thank you from those of us with asthma and allergies). Very flexible and understanding when we had booked rooms, then cancelled due to COVID restrictions then found us rooms once again so we could attend our sons wedding nearby. Exceptional service!

Accidentally left some expensive products behind and didn't realise until half a week later, the staff had kindly set them aside.

We had a group of friends staying in Boonah over a long weekend and we all stayed at the Boonah Motel.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms clean, comfortable and had everything that you needed.
The location is great as you can walk easily to the main street, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again in future!

Very clean and quite spacious room. Well equipped with full set of cutlery and flatware for two. Room had microwave, toaster and kettle. Generous ensuite. Very hot water. Room looked to be recently renovated and was very tastefully decorated.

Modern rooms, very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, new appliances. Easy to book and check in with friendly staff. Great location, walking distance to the centre of town but nice and quiet. There's a lookout just up the hill.

My fiancé and I stayed at Boonah Motel for one night in preparation for a friends wedding nearby. I was impressed with the 12.30pm check in which allowed us to check in earlier without paying for an extra night.

Upon arrival, the man at reception was friendly and easy going (what you would expect in a small town) 😃

The motel room was clean and tidy, newly renovated with modern facilities.

For the ladies, if you need to get ready the room has a decent mirror and lighting!

Very impressed with this motel. Spotlessly clean. Nicely refurbished room, quiet and good comfy bed. Will stay here again if needed. Excellent value for the price.

We had our wedding at Kooroomba and had a lot of our guests stay here for the whole weekend. It was clean, tidy and a short walk from cafes & restaurants which was handy! The owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. We highly recommend this motel if you are getting married in the Scenic Rim and need a place for out of town guests.

I have stayed in many motels and the Boonah Motel would have to be the best one i have stayed in and for the best price. It may not look like much from the road but the rooms are excellent, well appointed, clean, great attention to detail, a comfortable bed, plenty of power point to charge your phone, plug in computer etc, great shower, cannot fault a single thing.

Our go to place to stay in the region. Rooms are pleasantly decorated and spotless and the beds comfortable. Handy for a 3 person family too.

Easy to find, the place smells so beautiful and looks even better than the pictures which already look inviting. Had an awesome nights sleep, the room was so clean and well kept. Highly recommend!!

This place is one of the cleanest, comfortable, and quietest motels that I have ever stayed in. The staff are accommodating and the location is central to many activities, events and stunning views in the Scenic Rim. I'll be back for sure!
