My food was so well presented, made with love really and tasted delicious! The service has always been great by all staff from when you order , to the delivery of the food as well as exiting the cafe. They are very efficient and do it with a friendly smile and chat. I love the atmosphere. Plenty of people all the time, always familiar faces and definately will return to this cafe time and time again!!!!

I would highly recommend Empire Cafe and Catering. The best place in Innisfail for dining. Such a selection covering all diets, needs, likes and dislikes. Friendly staff who make everyone feel very welcome. Nothing is too hard for this place. They all go out of their way to give customers what they want and feel welcome. 5 Star Service!

It has been a month since I have been here the staff is great and the atmosphere is still the same. The coffee is the best still. I ordered a roast pork roll I left the roll as it was to hard to eat and I had trouble cutting. The meat was very dry and stringing. I also had the chocolate cake that I found very dry my husband agreed. We Had 2 large coffees at 6.90 each plus the pork roll and the chocolate cake it all came to $37.80 which I found quite expensive compared to last time I was there and for what I got in food wise was not worth the money we spent. My husband I are new in town have just moved in the area 2months ago. We have been trying different cafes around the area and keep coming back to this lovely place the staff area friendly and great the coffee you can’t beat or the food the chief she is just lovely plus also the lovely people that work there. My husband and I go there ever second week but it seems lately we are there once a week. Please try it they even have a area for children to play. Thanking the people that work there you are all wonderful.

Massive shout out to Zoe and the girls!! We honestly can't thank you all enough❤ It hasn't been easy raising funds for our upcoming football carnival, but you girls have definitely helped with that. We truly appreciate it!

One word - WOW! from the personalised, friendly service, to the absolutely delicious and affordable food, every time I’m in town there’s only one place I go! This cafe is modern, warm, family friendly while still maintaining an adult friendly vibe!

The girls are so lovely and willing to help, they will do everything they can to ensure your needs are met!

The service is amazing , the staff always greet you with a smile (even when they are run off their feet) “how are you what can we get for you” the food is always fresh and Appetising both in the cafe and the catering side as I have had the pleasure to experience both , and no one can make a coffee like the Empire team can! And it is my favourite go to place for a coffee, latte or tea the atmosphere is always friendly and relaxing. 😊

Amazing service. Told Zoe my coffee order once, and she's remembered it every time I've gone back. The rest of the staff are lovely and eager to serve you, and the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable.

Zoe and her staff are brilliant. As far as I am concerned, best coffee in town. Great friendly staff make it a pleasure.

Zoe always goes above and beyond for her customers, and the food and coffee is always amazing, she also has a kids play area for the kids for mum and dad can enjoy a coffee hot.

Such friendly staff, delicious food and drink and an inviting atmosphere. I love the kids area as well. Such an asset to the town.
