Dynamic area, close to tram stop, 10 min walk from Southern Cross Station.
On site restaurant, newly refurbished.
The bedroom had double glazing and was quieter than the lounge area. Attentive staff.

Spent three nights in the two bedroom riverview
room. The view is amazing, arpartment has everything you need. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Could not have asked for more. Have stayed here quite a few times and have recommended it to friends and they haven’t been disappointed. Thank you to Elvie and Neil at the front desk for making our stay enjoyable. Hope to be back soon.

Incredible stay, staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were big and clean with beautiful views. I can't fault anything.

Stayed here again. We have stayed here several times as the staff are fantastic and the rooms are magic. We get the family apartment which is perfect for us with seperate bedrooms, kitchen and living area with magic views. We sat on the balcony watching all the Moomba fireworks. The rooms are also great value

Really enjoyed my AO stay here. Great pool, hardly used so you get it all to yourself. Great central location, interesting restaurants nearby. Easy Tram ride to sports park. Only minus is the wifi is not reliable. So this is not a place where you can work remotely.

Exceptional big apartments for in the city. All facilities you need are there, including well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Staff is friendly, view is amazing, and you have a private balcony. Absolutely 10/10.

Elvie at the front desk was amazing. We definitely recommend booking the Yarra River View room. Amazing views and service.

Shoutout to reception staff Lorenz! @clarion this man deserves a raise!

I called the reception after checking in at 1230am to ask about if I could change my beds/room to one single bed, his colleague answered, after hearing the conversation he took the initiative to bring up to my room the bed sheets for a king bed and he proceeded to help me out at 1am to join my 2 twin beds to a single king bed.
Went out of his way even though it was the job of room service, which was already off duty at 1am!

The initiative, service excellence and call to duty shown by him, to provide customers a good experience is exceptional!

We stayed for 9 nights and could not fault this property. Rooms were really good for that length of stay and were equipped with everything. Location was really great. Highly recommend.

Our room was clean, bright and spacious. The amenities were useful for our stay. I’d definitely book here again!

Assistant manager was lovely. Leaving a note and cookies in the room for my daughters birthday. Room was nice and clean with great views of the river. Wish restaurant/cafe was available while we were there, also walls are very thin. Could hear our neighbours conversations 😬 great location, would stay again.

This hotel is at an awesome location surrounded by everything you need. Almost all the attractions are at a walkable distance. There are a lot of options for food around the hotel. The staff were welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and had all the basic necessities. The views from the room is also good.

A little bit dated but perfectly fine. Efficient check in. Unfortunately the food options on site are limited.

Loved staying here 11 years ago and loved staying here now friendly staff rooms are beautiful and really well maintained. So close to casino market aquarium everything we need is in walking distance we will definitely be back again

Stayed in Suite. 5-minute-walk out from CBD, Yarra River, mart / pub / massage / cafe / etc. Nice Yarra view, not modern but cozy interior and friendly staffs. Can't complain of any.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night but wished it could have been more. Absolutely loved our room and the service was excellent. No food available at the hotel but we found a little cafe just down the road at 474 Flinders Street (think it was called Riverside) where we ate both lunch and breakfast. Their prices were AMAZINGLY cheap. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Great location and affordable price for a hotel in the CBD, its located on the edge of the CBD so if you're coming in with car and isn't too comfortable with city driving you can easily access it without having to do any crazy city driving and hook turns that the CBD has to offer. The parking garage can seem a little intimidating at first but if you take your time it is totally fine!

I paid a little extra to pay for a room with a view over the yarra and Southbank and it was absolutely worth it, watching the hustle and bustle of the city from your hotel room is amazing. At the top of the hour you also see a big fire display on the other side of the river.

The hotel has a pool, guest laundry and a very friendly staff. Absolutely a place I can recommend to anyone just staying in melbourne for a weekend or for a couple of weeks!
