Thrive Photography Boudoir

I can't recommend Thrive Photography enough. Richard and Tracy are amazing at what they do. I was made to feel so comfortable and my nerves were put at ease almost immediately. Rachel was so calming with the makeup and hair process and given she has done her own boudoir shoot with Thrive and shares her own experience to help with the nerves. The whole experience was amazing and fun and I laughed so much with both Richard and Tracey. Seeing the photos afterwardsmy expectations were exceeded and I can't wait to get them. If you're thinking about doing this you definitely should and Thrive is a great studio to do it with.

Richard provided me with some very high quality professional shots including standard headshot etc. Richard made the experience easy and enjoyable. He is clearly a very accomplished photographer and I am happy to recommend him.

I 1000% recommend Thrive Photography, Something I’ve always wanted to do but have always been to nervous. Richard and Tracey were great from start to finish even before the day of shoot any questions or ideas I had were talked about before the day so I walked in fully ready for my shoot. Seeing the photos at the end I couldn’t believe they were me the perfect angles and shots I didn’t realise could look that good.

I can't even begin to put into words how incredible my photoshoot with Richard and Tracey was today! I have an invisible disability, chronic pain and illness, and have hated my body for as long as I can remember, but the whole experience from getting ny hair and makeup done to seeing a slideshow of my photos afterwards has given me such an immense boost of confidence. I nearly cried (with joy and gratitude) a few times. The hardest part about today was choosing which photos to order and I definitely didn't see that coming!

I had the most wonderful experience today with Thrive Photography. I booked in for a photoshoot with my fur baby. Leading up to our appointment I was so nervous. Richard & Tracey made us feel so comfortable. My dog Bruce enjoyed the whole experience. He loved all the attention with lots of pats & treats. We got some amazing shots. Highly recommend 10/10 😊

Like all humans, nerves always get the better of us, especially when doing something challenging and out of the norm like a boudoir shoot, but at Thrive Photography you are met by a warm welcoming husband and wife duo that make you feel completely at ease upon arrival.

Your experience from start to finish is met with professionalism and comfortability.

Seeing the final results, I was blown away with the images displayed as I hardly recognised the powerful, confident, radiant woman that was captured from behind the lens.

I’ve been spreading the word like wild fire to all friends and family that are hesitant to dip their toes out of their comfort zones.

It’s a great “proud n loud” moment to look back on when showing future grannies how bodacious you were back in the day.

I will definitely be booking in again for another wonderful session to add to my collection.

I had the most amazing experience at my boudoir shoot. Richard and Tracey are both wonderful, I felt so comfortable and couldn’t wipe the cheesy smile off my face! When I saw the end result I was blown away, Richard certainly has a knack for capturing the most gorgeous photos. I didn’t even know I COULD look that good. That FIERCE. I had the absolute best experience with Richard and Tracey. As an introvert, this was well outside my comfort zone, but both of them put in so much effort to build a relationship with me before photo day that by the time I arrived I was so comfortable and not remotely nervous. They’re super responsive to questions, nothing felt like too much trouble and I finished the day feeling pampered and cared for. Richard also has an incredible knack for finding something amazing about things I don’t particularly like about myself and highlighting those things on camera, changing the way I look at myself. Highly, highly recommended!

What a great experience for my first ever boudoir photoshoot! I was understandably nervous and jittery when I first went into their fabulous studio, but came out afterwards with a completely opposite feeling. Kudos and lots of hugs to the great couple that runs it, Richard & Tracey. I recommend Thrive Photography to all my girl friends now & I encourage everyone to do this at least once in their lifetime. What they do for women is beyond empowering. <3

Firstly I would like to Thank Richard and Tracey for allowing me to be apart of this amazing experience. During the drive I was second guessing myself if I should do this. When getting to my destination they both welcomed me with open arms. They both made me feel relaxed and they calm the beast. Make-up artist Rachel made me comfortable talking about her experiences during her shoot and life (Thanks for the pep talk.) As I don't wear make-up looking back at the reflection was amazed (I look pretty) During the time with Richard and Tracey they made me feel comfortable in my own skin. The photos are awesome and I am proud to show them. Considering I don't like my photo been taken. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to try. Have a go, you won't regret it. Oh my goodness....where do I begin.

Richard and Tracey, absolutely beautiful people and an absolutely beautiful business. So professional, passionate about their work and with their clients. So easy too get along with, crazy personality as qell (in a good way) and sooo down to earth. Richard so respectful throughout my session and always making sure I was fine and more importantly making sure everything was okay with my husband who wanted to tag along 🥰
I'm a mum of 3 crazy kids so my body is that of a mum with thick thighs, pudgy belly, nothing toned (maybe my arms which are my favourite features). Richard turned me into a sexy beast, wasnt shy of showing off the mum bod. The nips showed as well which I honestly was suuuuuper comfy in showing off. Have been searching for the right Boudoir photographer and I found him.
Their studio absolutely beautiful and so comfortable (until you get into posing 🤣)

I had a boudoir photo shoot, and words will never be enough to explain how amazing the experience was. Richard and Tracey made me feel at ease and very welcomed. Richards photos are incredible and I have gained so much more confidence in myself after the experience. Every women should do this at least once, and Thrive Photography is your only choice, I highly recommend them and the whole experience.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Richard and Tracey do an amazing job of making you feel comfortable throughout the entire process with lots of laughter. They will make you feel at home in your own skin and sexy as hell. The photos reflect the skill of the photographer but also a passion for capturing the beauty of all women. I had such an amazing time throughout the entire day and I'm still riding the high of the experience days later. If you're in the fence or a little nervous, just do it. I promise Richard will make it worth it.

I was lucky enough to be able to book Richard to be the photographer for our wedding that was planned for the 5th of May 2020. For obvious reasons we had to postpone, and I re-booked him for the same date in 2021, and then changed my mind again! Richard was amazing through the whole process of my indecisiveness and I was so lucky he was available for our 5th of September wedding this year.

Not only is he so professional, but he understands weddings. I loved that he spoke to both sets of parents and the bridal party to make sure that he got to know them and know the couple. He made sure that the most important pictures were taken on the day and then some.

On the wedding day, Richard was absolutely incredible. He captured pictures of all the guests and the surrounds within the venue.

The quality of his work is absolutely mesmerizing, and I love that he managed to capture our quirkiness and our sense of humour in the pictures.

After the wedding, we spent some time in his studio to go through the pictures and talk wall art and albums. He gave us a few options so we weren't overwhelmed, and he made the whole process seamless. We couldn't choose between the pictures, so he put together the album and showed us the rough copy and it was absolutely stunning. He managed to tell a story within the book and we know we will cherish it for years to come.

He was always quick to reply to my calls, emails and messages and was always really calming which helped. I was so impressed that he had finished putting the photos together within a few weeks. And the delivery of the pictures was absolutely awesome!!

If your looking for a down to earth, genuine and professional photographer then look no further and this guy! I would recommend him a million times over!!!

As someone who is not body confident and has struggled with body image all my life- I was super nervous going into this. But from the second I walked into the studio, Richard and Tracey were so warm, welcoming, supportive and inspiring. They made me feel so comfortable and right at home. Absolutely recommend. I wanted natural photos with our dog, I contacted Thrive Photography and spoke with Richard, I discussed what I wanted in detail, but also sensitive to our time line and my expectations. Our appointment was made on a Sunday. Thrive have a beautiful environment, custom made. My partner and I were felt so welcome, and given the time of day to settle. Richard & Tracy, made us and our pet so comfortable, we got the pictures we were aiming for. I’m looking forward to the end results. Highly recommended ❤🥰

Honestly do yourself a favour stop doubting if a boudoir shoot is for you IT IS!! As someone with anxiety and body dis morphia exacerbated by an Ex and pre menopause it was the last thing I could see myself doing. HOWEVER Richard, Tracey and my hair and makeup lady Rach made the whole experience so relaxed, comfortable and fun. I was never pushed beyond my comfort level and everything was explained very clearly during the process. You get to choose how you want to see yourself and that was very empowering. Honestly I’ve no clue if anyone will ever see my photos but I don’t care because I got to proof them and took so much confidence out of just how good I could look given the right mind set and a bit of encouragement from Richard and Tracey.
