Bradnam's Windows & Doors

I replaced my roller doors with sliding glass doors, Michael and all staff at Bradnams Hervey Bay are very professional, from quoting to finished product. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Big shout out to Brendan Pearson for Bradnams doors ans windows. I submitted a house to be quoted and it was completed within a week. I had an amendment to the quote and within 10 hrs it was in my emails. Great job Brendan !!!! Keep up the great work mate.

We love working with Bradnam's Windows and Doors, excellent customer service, quality products and competitively priced. Their after sales service is exceptional also. A big shout out to Dale and Amber-Lee who make the whole process even easier.

As an owner builder it was sometimes hard to deal with the various suppliers
who tended to give requests a lower priority than would be the case when dealing with the established trade. Not so with Bradnams at Hervey Bay who were extremely pleasant, efficient and cost effective compared to other
well known glass and window suppliers. Top marks, would recommend them to anyone contemplating a building job. Thank you Bradnams.

Last week I went to the Bundaberg Bradnam’s store for some wheels for my very old sliding doors. The young man helped me with some parts and gave me some advice on how to fix the others. The fix worked and I wasn’t charged an arm and leg for the advice. Thank you, I will be getting you guys out when I do the Reno’s in the near future.

Dale Fuller from Bradnam's Windows & Doors came through in an emergency situation again. Tenant broke lounge room window slider trying to clean it. The window was not sheltered by a patio or awning. Dale managed to get glass made up and installed before the rain did any internal damage to our property. A true legend !!!

Had an issue with my window (my own fault). After giving them a call, they told me to bring it in. Fixed it for me for me straight away and even replaced the rollers for no charge. Highly recommend!

These images are of their showroom. Gives you an idea of doors and windows they do. Buy to be honest it's all a bit overwhelming and a bit generic too. It is all practical stuff when building and renovating a house i guess.
Customer service was nice as well.

Been waiting 4weeks for a Shower Screen. Wouldn't recommend again to anyone.

We wanted a new screen door and several built in wardrobe doors. We were told we would have to take the measurements ourselves as no one would come out. This job and future ones lost.

Worst workmanship and even poorer customer service. Will never ever recommend their doors and windows. And will never deal with this company ever again.
