We were lucky to have Eric as our chef, he was fantastic and let us have so much fun with the egg throwing and plates catching!

Food was amazing, and drinks as well.

Only recommendation is to bring the drinks earlier.

Teppanyaki, Beverley Hills, NSW. Where do we start. Friendly, Family, exceptional choice of produce. Every time I come back to this venue I am welcomed as though I am family. Served as though I have never left and fed as though it is my last. It’s not surprising this is one of the oldest and most long lasting venues in the area. It has generations of good service, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Always a mainstay when I am in town. I have taken clients and family to the same place and each time they are amazed at how kind this family business is. Well done and exactly how you run an establishment that keeps on drawing crowds and return business. Looking forward to my next visit.

On 10/2/24, our family went out for dinner at the restaurant. Not only was the staff exceptional, but the atmosphere was alive, making it a great choice for all ages and groups. The food was delicious, and there was always something to eat.

Special mention to the 19yr old waiter I spoke with, the waitress who was all around the shop, and Pillo! What an amazing chef!

Being one of the hardcore Teppanyaki lovers since I was young, I have had many great teppanyaki in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and in China, I can say this with confidence that it is the best teppanyaki in Sydney and one of the best in Australia.

Been a frequent visitor since 2020, the quality of food here, from the starters, sashimi to the mains prepared in front of you have been consistently well cooked and delicious, standing against the test of the pandamic and inflation. You can choose between one of their set menus or order a la carte, or a bit of both to what your stomach desires. There are fun games that the chef will play with you and your friends and families during the cook, or you could simply opt out to have a quiet, mouthwatering meal.

The staffs here are absolutely friendly and welcoming, and there is simply nothing to fault except perhaps making you wanting to come back as soon as you leave the restaurant.

There are free parking for 3 hours in a parking lot just 5 minutes away, or unlimited street parking behind, or simply take a train with the station less than 10 minutes of walk away, something you do not have to worry should you wish to give this restaurant a try.

A regular at this amazing place, we had Eric as our chef on Saturday night and he was unreal! He was able to mix it up for us, keeping us entertained even though we didn't play the games. He has been doing this for at least 14 years and you can tell how much he loves it. His food was delicious too!

A pleasure to watch his magical work! The team also taking care of us were so efficient, on point and welcoming. Can't wait to be back! Thank you for continuing to surprise us! Can't wait to come back xx

Very nice, fresh and clean food. Staff are very accommodating and just genuinely nice. I had my first Teppanyaki at this restaurant nearly 20yrs ago. Tonight, I decided to take my kids for the first time. There were a lot of laughs, and it was such a wonderful dining experience.

Excellent service by our chef Eric. Fresh ingredient and masterfully prepared. It's a satisfying dinner with lots of fun for the whole family.
Like many said, the steak and scallops are really beautiful, but so are the fish (pacific dory), teriyaki chicken (top notch!) and the fried udon.
The macha mochi ice-cream was very nice too.
I hardly ever give 5 stars, but this has been a great experience. We'll be back again.

This was an absolute treat. We were a party of 6 celebrating a birthday and ordered the deluxe set menu for everyone. Food was amazing, service was excellent. Highly recommended, one of the best Japanese restaurants in Sydney.

I cant recommend this hidden little gem highly enough.

It has been many years since I've had an opportunity to return to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. Now run by the family's two siblings, the service was amazing, food was piping hot, chef was very professional, friendly and entertaining when preparing and presenting the food. The chef and waitresses made the whole experience a little more relaxed and homely like.

Honestly, nothing's changed with the service, food and overall experience. As I said, can't recommend this place highly enough and support your locals.

A fantastic, funny night. This is definitely one of the best Teppanyaki restaurants I have been to. We were there in a party of 17 and we were seated where we could all enjoy each others company and be apart of each others fun of food catching and food wearing. Whilst the fun of the interactive involvement was fantastic the food was delicious and flavoursome and cooked just right. Do not be fooled by the lack lustre street front as once inside this restaurant is sure to please and leave you with a memory of a great night of food and fun.

Asahi was a pleasant surprise ; we've expected a nice place and instead got a fantastic one with lovely people great presentation, personal service smiles everywhere and very child friendly in addition to fantastic show. The whole family loved it. Even their toilets were nice! Couldn't find anything to fault! Will be going again for sure.

So much fun! Came here with the fam for my daughter's 14th birthday. It was basically two solid hours of food and laughter. The wonderful chef was charismatic and patient, even with my youngest who can be a little anxious at times. The kids are already planning their next visit. Can't recommend highly enough.

Head chef was excellent! Very entertaining and accommodating even though he’s probably done the same thing thousands of times over. He found a way to make our experience seem unique.

Had the most amazing experience here on Mother's Day! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was so alive and fun, but the best part was how friendly, warm and accommodating all the staff were. A guaranteed great night out here with family or friends.

Unbelievable service, food was amazing, the whole experience was on a different level, and I definitely loved playing catch with a raw egg and a bowl of hot fried rice, an experience worth experiencing again

This was a great venue the service and food was just fantastic. We had not visited this venue for about 25-years but found there was no difference in food, atmosphere and entertainment and we had a great night
