This clinic is amazing. The staff are all fantastic and have been very helpful with my now passed cat Calcifer who had multiple health issues. They were notified of his passing by the emergency clinic in Carrara and put in the effort to send a letter with their condolences. Really touched my heart and I appreciate all your hard work.

They are so caring, thorough and always available.
They have cared for our beautiful dog Frankie over the last 2 years.
On Monday we said goodbye to Frankie and as hard as it was Kate and her nurse came to our home and made the experience so much better.

As a dog trainer with many years commitment to rescue, I have visited many vets. My own dogs have attended PCV quite a few times and have needed surgeries twice. Kylie at the front end is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The several vets on staff have been the same, and I appreciate the extra effort with communication. I am very happy with how my pooches have been cared for.

Incredible service!
My cat was admitted for some wounds to be cleaned up this morning.
Kylie at reception was so warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome.
They treated my girl and sent me a text message to let me know she was ok.
On arrival to pick up our girl we were told Poppy had peed on her blanket we left in her crate and Kylie handed me a washed! AND dried! Blanket. 🥺 So so thankful my partner and I left feeling so blessed. Thank you 🙏 highly recommend this beautiful vet.

My husband and I almost lost our cat in an accident where we drove him straight to Pimpama city vet. Vet Kate was very calming and professional. Our cat had imaging done where she even took the time to take us out the back to show us the X-ray and explain it to us. I thought that was so nice. The clinic even rang us the next day to check up on how our cat was going. I found treatment was also fairly priced. We also take our Jack Russell here yearly to get vaccinated and they always perform a thorough health check up as well. I wouldn’t take our animals anywhere else! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

An amazing clinic with great staff. We've had general check ups, procedures and emergencies for them to deal with from our pets. Each time, they gave us clear communication, handled the pets well and made us as owners really comfortable.

Always really lovely and happy to give me a rough estimate over the phone. I do make sure to add about $50 for the estimate mentally just in case but it's always worked out fine. We now have both our dogs here and I was very loyal to another place but switched because of distancing after moving. Would highly recommend.

I could not praise the staff here enough. Recently our beautiful dog, Honey, had to undergo emergency surgery. The vet and nurses were absolutely wonderful. They explained what was wrong and kept us informed every step of the way. They were empathetic and reassured us. They really saved Honey's life and we are forever grateful.

I took my dog in for her annual health check and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The vet was very thorough and she made me and my pup feel very comfortable. The clinic is very clean and the facilities are amazing! Definitely will be making this clinic our regular vet!

The staff offer friendly and compassionate service for your furry companions, and are open and honest when dealing with tough issues. Head vet Andrew works hard to create a network of high quality care across the Scenic Rim and Gold Coast. From cats to horses to alpacas, there is care for everyone. Having had a number of animals cared for here over the years, I can't recommend more highly!

Our dear Labrador Tilly was clearly in difficulties and having taken her here, I was so impressed with the care she received over three days. Every member of staff was most kind but particularly Dr Candis Sutherland (no relation). Whilst we sadly lost Tilly to cancer, each step of the diagnosis, care and communication of the bad news was treated with respect and sensitivity by the staff and Vets. We couldn’t recommend this practice more highly.

Great, modern up to date facility for Pet Care. Took my Dog Milo after i could not get an appointment early enough at my local Vet. Well i think these guys will get our business from now on. Good pricing for dental work. Give them a try on quoting your dental work.

My Labrador Buffy and myself visited Dr Alana yesterday for a wound review. Dr Alana made my Buffy feel less stressed by getting down on the floor with her and talking to her and giving her a stress reliever - liver treat! Buffy was much more relaxed than usual with a visit to the vet and we will come again for sure. Thanks Dr Alana !!
