I have been waiting 3 months for a resolution to over $50,000 of faulty products. They use excuses to defer the inevitable that their product is faulty (after only months of operations). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Unfortunately the CEO responds with waffle and excuses.
The problem with the product was brought to Euroluce's attention nearly 12 months ago and after their own extensive testing, the matter remains unresolved.
Completely unsatisfactory conduct and customer service - Euroluce CEO concludes it is the customers electricity supply problem.

Vibia lights are made of poor quality materials and not worth the money.

Euroluce are now the Australian distributor for Vibia lights. We purchased an expensive Vibia light from the then distributor and over 12 years the light has basically fallen apart. The shade has rotted and discoloured and the metal arm and base have corroded badly.

This is bad for a high end designer light. Really not fit for purpose. Euroluce did not sell us this light but they represent and distribute the Vibia brand in Australia but were not willing to pursue this with the Vibia company.

Vibia lights are made of poor quality materials and not worth the money.
