Fung Shing Gourmet

I came here almost everyday, the food is delicious and worth the money, everyone works at this store is very nice! Has to recommend.

An unassuming little Chinese takeaway place in Sussex Centre Food Court, smack in the middle of Sydney's Chinatown. Access is through either Dixon Street or Sussex Street. The young lady at the counter always offers a friendly smile and is very polite.

They offer takeaway (an extra 30c) or you can make use of the food court tables. The food court itself is kept well clean and has plenty of seating.

According to their name card, they are famous for Won Ton Noodle Soup and Roast Duck & BBQ Pork. As for me, I love their BBQ Pork Omelette with Rice and Minced Beef Fried Rice, while my son loves their Roast Chicken Noodle Soup.

The food is always nicely cooked and very tasty. When dining in, they also provide you with a yummy meat and vegetable soup, free of charge.

Living close, I go here at least a couple of times a week, mostly for takeaway but occasionally eating in.

Next time you're in Chinatown, make sure you pop in and give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

Had the duck pancakes here. No scallions in their feeling just cucumber. $3.80 a pop. Perfect snack. They also have a selection of noodle, rice and meat dishes....
